    Would you get this? New or used, I think it would be a great car to have! Thanks for watching everyone! Let me know what to review next!

      If I was in the market for a car like this and was considering a car of this price, I would definitely take this. I really like this. ❤
      Great video. I am okay with anything you want to review, of course, but if you can, please review the 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 S or the BMW X7. Thank you!

      I kinda thinks this car doesn’t make sense since they brought back the Supra don’t get me wrong it a nice car it gives me Subaru BRZ vibes and the green is killer imagine Camry XSE with that specific paint job and the red interior.

    I love living in a world where 6.5 seconds to 60 is slow. I was born in '72, grew up in the 80's, started driving in 1988 where the average family sedan hit 60 in 12 seconds and corvettes did 60 in 6.0 seconds. gotta love advancement!

    I love watching your reviews. You're always so positive and upbeat about your cars. So many out there like to hate on cars they review (and that's cool for people who are into those kinds of reviews), but it's like you find the positive in everything and find ways to share and encourage that positivity. So many other people would just rant for 3/4 of their video on how under-powered, and slow the car is, how you could get x other car for the same money and get x more performance... Your take on being able to go full throttle, give it the whole nine yards and really get the car you paid for, it's brilliant man. I never would have thought to think of it like that, but that's so beautiful, so perfect, so refreshing to have someone come at it from an angle like that, and get me to see something I never would have thought to look at myself. Also my first car was a green Tacoma, so this car with this package with your insight, I'm in love with it now.
    I know you said your views are down, and it's discouraging, but I wanted to return the positivity you share. Your reviews are amazing, and I'll keep coming back to hear what you have to say :)
    Thanks for this

    I love the toothpaste analogy lmao, so... exciting(?). Nah, but as a Miata owner, I totally getcha. There aren't a whole lot of sports/sporty cars that feel like they'll truly let you use 100% or even 70% of their capabilities realistically. It's something I've really come to love about my car that's honestly started to ruin other cars for me a bit.

    It's sweet lookin 86. I like the seats and the addition of the arm rest above the cup holder. Personally i don't think it's worth getting brand new for $30k-above, even if for a first car for anyone. I think it's worth getting a used 2014-2016 FRS/BRZ instead.

    Absolutely gorgeous colour. But 30k is a lot when you can pick up good second hand examples pretty cheap (in the U.K. at least)

    Faux Alcantara? Check the owner's manual, that's real Alcantara all over, (which is not saying much as it's just a synthetic fabric surface), but it does require the same treatment as the seats. What would Faux Alcantara even be? Suede? It's already a synthetic substance made of polyester and polyurethane. Making it fake would require adding something other than plastic. Good review in general though.

    • @truantray
      @truantray 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I caught that as well. Also, the carbon trim is actual carbon and the "leather" is not leather at all, it's a synthetic that frankly lasts longer than leather and used by Lexus.
      Alcantara is a synthetic suede which originally was used in 70s FIATs (the X1/9 was the first to use it). It lasts longer and is grippier than leather, and importantly for sports cars with raked windows, is not reflective.
      Once Italian sports car makers started using it, it somehow became expensive, but the patent long expired and it should be much cheaper than it is.

    • @conanthanoz19
      @conanthanoz19 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@truantray Lol, I had no idea the carbon trim was real. It appears to be the most fraudulent looking thing on my car. I didn't know about the fake leather either - that's sort of a bummer, but I guess I'm glad it probably won't crack and split.

    I need your opinion please. I am looking to replace my daily driver that I bought new in 2006. ( Mazda3 5 speed sedan )
    ... I would like to find something that will satisfy me as much as my Mazda3 has over the years. It is fun to drive, it has been very reliable and easy to maintain. If Mazda had this same car available new, I would buy it again. I am not interested in 0-60 times, not interested in which car is faster on a track. In a manual only and I would want something considered to be reliable for 10 years at least. Can you recommend something please that might be a good value and fun to drive everyday ?
    ... Examples like Mazda Miata RF or ST, Toyota Corolla, Honda SI or Sport Touring Hatchback, Kia Forte GT, VW GTI, Nissan 370z, Veloster Turbo R or N, Toyota 86, Genesis G70 or BMW 230i coupe ??? Or any others you may think of to recommend.
    Thanks for all of your reviews, you do a great job!

      Depends if you like to save gas toyota cvt saves gas but if it brakes the maintenance and repair will be super expensive.
      I would buy a mazda 3 naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engine. Its reliable and more affordable to maintain.
      I have a toyota Corolla S 2005 and that thing still runs after 200,000 miles.
      The more basic the car the better. All the Hi-Tech gadgetry and computers in cars Just make them more susceptible to complications in the future.
      I would buy buy a mazda 3 2020 with 186 horsepower.
      Turbo charge is an option too but it just puts too much strain on a 4 cylinder engine if you want it to last for more than 10 years or pass 300,000 miles. Just my two cents.

    Thats how fast my dad be driving in the Ortega Highway 😂😂😂. It makes me sick unfortunately 😫. Beautiful car! Not a fan of the rims. I would get Gloss Black rims or a machine metal grey with black rims! Not a fan of manuals, but I love how it looks! I also love the intro to this video!

      Coming from a past owner of both. Get the manual man. Auto is fun but gets boring. Manual is always fun. I had a 2017 manual and a 2020 86 hakone auto.
