Bro I was watching pizza oven reviews and this popped up. I swear I find out something new I can do with my Weber every week, and I already have a pizza stone!
Put a few bricks under the pan to get it closer to the lid and add a few pieces of lump charcoal or wood after you lay down the coals to get it more flame and charred on top.
I haven’t done this in years!!! Ever since I bought my ooni, you’re bringing me back bro, bringing me back. 😎👍🏻👍🏻🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 Totally throw a little bit of wood chips in for that wood smoke, just a touch, get that hint of wood smoke. $$$$$
Great video bro!! I've been looking for a video that shows how simple it really is to set up a kettle grill for pizza without using any special accessories.
I LOVE YOU... I do not know you... but I love you for making this video... I'm seriously almost in tears... YOU are a God-Send. I could leave that comment and you'll be wondering why this middle age woman is so grateful for finding a video on HOW TO do a Pizza on a plain Grill... I am in the midst of Moving back to Albuquerque, New Mexico (US) to RE-OPEN my Acting Studio... we will also have a Mystery Dinner Theatre... What has this got to do with you GREAT video? Thank you for asking... because EVERYONE loves Pizza.... and just re-opening the Acting Studio I can not afford a $3000. oven... and I do not like those "PRENTEND" little ovens that cost up to $500. I always wondered if we could make a Pizza on a Grill... and the WAY you did it is the BEST way... Thank YOU so much for sharing this great video... GOD BLESS YOU!!
Like another commenter, I was looking at pizza oven videos for the Weber Kettle and this came up. I'm going to give this a try before I drop $140. I just bought my Original Premium, barely used on Facebook for $100. It's hard to justify buying an accessory that is more than what I paid for the grill.
Two things: 1. you sound like leafy 2. it looks really good, although to nitpick a bit, the cheese doesn't have much brown. it looks like it was separating before that could happen
My fave; “Two Guy’s” (or is it Two Guys). It was called “Old School”. Meat ball, pepperoni & wait for it… Giardiniera. It’s one of their styles they no longer sell, unless you ask for it. The few pieces of pizza was brought over by a friend who just left left it in the frig, OVERNIGHT. I heated it up the next day & boom! This was my pizza.
That isn’t even difficult. Just use tongs. Sometimes I’m so lazy I just use the heat resistant glove Im wearing and push it onto a heat rack I carry over.
Ngl I was thinking the same thing. But eod I think we can all figure out a way to get the pizza out of the grill. Definitely woulda liked to see him try a different technique though LOL
Just made the plunge and got a Weber Original Premium grill. This will be one of the first things, if not *the* first, it will be used for.
Lehhhhh gooooo

Same here.

Can you help me how do you measure the temperature, what is this tool? 1:53
It’s an infrared digital thermometer
Very informative good for camping thanks a lot 🍺😊
Dude! You just saved me a several Bennies!
Thanks, great video!!
Thank You for share us !! ❤
Can you make another one using a round pizza steel. And another hack is using a cheap round mild steel to cook the pizza in the Weber grill.
I bet the bottom crust on that pie must be sturdy and crispy. That foundation would probably support a multi story building
Thoughts on a 20” stone on a 22” kettle? I wanna make a big pizza. I have an Ooni 16 but need more room. What do you think? Workable?
Very smart and genius.... thanks a million cuz U saved me from a huge purchase on my credit card 😂😅🙏
I'm impresses it has some char on the top that makes pizza better

I came for "pizza on a grill" i left going, "i need black pepper ricotta in my life." Nice video, brother.
Two things:
1. you sound like leafy
2. it looks really good, although to nitpick a bit, the cheese doesn't have much brown. it looks like it was separating before that could happen
Great video!!
I have been succesfully using a piece of stiff cartboard as a peel.
Can't wait to try this!
Just subscribed. You’re awesome.
such a dope idea!!
I tried this. I used a heavy duty sheet pan, no coals under it. The bottom of my crust burned. How can I stop that from happening?
Great video
my favorite topping for pizza is either ricotta or banana peppers
Super!

Ok, nice video. Temps would be good. But overall a great video.
❤Thank you.
Use aluminum turkey tray upside down for cover
Have you tried shrimps on pizza ? That's my favourite topping 😂
No but im game, sounds prime.
@@AdamWitt those mini shrimps go wild on a see food pizza give a shot.
Dam now im hungry:)
Looks great. Thanks for uploading!
Bro... the dull side is NONSTICK? 😖😣
Old wives tale, it makes zero difference
@@kylebrown2927 Does that mean Adam is an old wife?
Insane. I know.
Nice hacks 👍
Hell yeah
🔥🔥🔥🔥
U R funny great videos
I didn't know pizza is considered a pie 😑
You can do it without it bro. Not that hard. Learn to help yourself instead of complain
Sausage
Bro, you demonstrate putting the pizza on the grill without a scooper and then take the pizza off with the scooper. C'mon man
Just use a couple of big metal pancake spatulas.
Use a spatula, release it from the bottom and push it out on the tray.. Pretty much common sense
That isn’t even difficult. Just use tongs. Sometimes I’m so lazy I just use the heat resistant glove Im wearing and push it onto a heat rack I carry over.
Pizza Ghetto style. Cooking right next to the garbage cans.
It was looking good, but you went way overboard with the 57 pieces of flair. JFC, I had to stop watching.
Nice lookin pie. BUT. You still took the second one off with the peel, which is considered special equipment ?🤷🏻
You ain't wrong. 2 large spatulas work great too.
@@AdamWitt Just lookin out for your rep. 🤘 😎
