Spike protein duration after vaccine - update 115

  • One of the most common questions we have been receiving is finally answered: how long does the spike protein last after spike mRNA injection? The authors took advantage of the super easy-to-monitor fact that the vaccinal spike proteins were mutated and therefore are not cut up the same way by enzymes as a viral spike protein. This allows monitoring of the vaccinal spike protein in the blood post-injection. But what was even more surprising are the authors' theories as to why the spike protein is seen as long as it is.

The one thing I take away from your videos honestly is the fact that hundreds of scientists are now trying to figure out why the spike protein from the vaccines is lasting 6 months in some cases and why it is entering the cells, it is being found in the blood and all major organs including the brain which is surprising considering the manufacturers and health experts said it would never leave the site of injection and wouldn’t last more than a day , wouldn’t you think all this research should have been done before rolling it out for public consumption, I’d like to know how many jabs you personally have taken and if you have suffered any adverse effects like millions of others , thanks 🙏. I’m just glad I trusted my instincts and withstood all the intimidation, coercion, bullying and absolute lies in choosing not to get the clot 💉.

The study only lasted one day. They took a single dried blood spot sample from patients, and then just counted the days between the date of the sample and the date of the vaccination. There were at least 3 other patients who had their samples taken at ~6 months with negative samples. The claim that spike lasts 6 months is based on 1 patient, so there really need to be more studies to confirm. Wouldn’t want to base your entire belief on one sample would you? The study even points out that previous analyses showed that spike is below the limit of quantification after 10 days.

Also keep into consideration a couple things. 1. There are different batches of vxxines. There’s really no telling what kind of concoction is in any given batch. 2. Nothing about Cvd or the vxxines is normal, so these spike proteins may not behave the same as any other spike protein. Even from batch to batch there may be different kinds of spike protein. No government or health care leader has been straight forward and honest with us yet . We are in uncharted waters.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +75

All batches were supposed to have the same genetic material, i.e. responsible for producing the same mutated spike protein. The difference between the batches could be the level of DNA contamination and the level of mRNA product instability that might be responsible for the adverse events, and not whether the genetic sequence was altered or not. But I agree with you, we are in unchartered waters for sure

Remember when the vaccines first came out and they were said to require extremely low temperatures to ensure mRNA integrity during storage and transport? So many people have been injured and we still don't understand how to deal with this nightmare.

@Will_Moffett yes. Blood doesn't go into lymphatic chambers, vessels but blood products are filtered into lymphatic systems. So therefore in a sense blood goes everywhere. Very disturbing to see it can last so long. Of course it is essentially giving you an infection of manmade type and this can happen naturally as well. Thankfully, fasting can speed up the removal of spikes, whether natural or artificial. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs.
Fasting increases T cell production and regenerates the thymus. T cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. Fasting also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself, which aids this process!
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. This will also remove any spikes, whether natural or unnatural in origin!
Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy.
    Fasting increases nitric oxide release.
Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors.
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue!
The obese will lose extra tissue like loose skin while fasting, but the skinny or frail will have increased growth hormone release than the obese, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate.
The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil.
One day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function.
Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting.
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. It will can kill cancerous and senescent cells
Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention!
When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting!
Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice.

The spike protein lasts two to four weeks, and is gone, but the immune system remembers it. Long duration is most likely caused by the protein attaching to microbiome elements in the bloodstream as the doctor mentioned. People with intestinal permeability, “ leaky gut” etc.

I was sicker than I've ever been for 10 days, and not fully recovered until about 14 days, until a month later when long covid set in for going on a year. The second time, nearly a year later, I took Ivermectin late day 3 (on a whim) as my covid was progressively getting worse. I woke up the next morning (day 4) 80% better, and am almost fully recovered by day 6. But yeah, the vaccine works great and Ivermectin is right wing craziness. Sure.

Spike protein generation by the cell OBVIOUSLY lasts until the cell dies (either naturally or until is consumed by phagocytes). Without the cell’s ribosomes, Transfer RNA, and constituent protein pieces, you can’t put full proteins together. It is still debated as to whether or not reverse transcriptase permits the man-made Messenger RNA into the cell nucleus and therefore propagating through the Mitosis Phase.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +23

Not quite, the spike protein production would only continue as long as the mRNA blueprint is around, which is independent of cell's lifespan. It was expected that these mRNAs would not last for long, and hence that the production of the spike protein would be short lived as well

There was a study from Lund University long time ago that the mRNA is integrated into human genome. There was also an in vitro study in MIT coming to the same conclusion. I don't know why they are still questioning why the spike protein last so long. Yes, it will last your entire life time since it is integrated into your genome, and might be passed to the next generation if you have kids - that's my expectation.

Hello DR. Rasnek. I have what I believe to be the base question. How long does the Spike protein survive or last in the body regardless of whether it was from a vaccine or infection? Are there two different Spike proteins? My experience is/was two Pfizer jabs in early Jan. 2021, and a booster in early spring, 2021. I had a subsequent Covid-19 infection in 1st week Nov. 2022 with very minor symptoms. I spent my own money and had a series of S protein antibody blood tests started in Dec. 2022 and continuing until Sep. 2023. A total of six tests over a nine month period. All tests reported the greatest allowable number of S protein antibodies in my blood. How can this be? I surmise that my body is producing S protein and that is why my immune system is producing S protein AB. This is a zero sum game for me so I am taking many Spike protein de-toxifiers for the last seven months. The blood test is no longer available. Obviously, the system does not want to know! But currently, no established evidence. We do not know what is the longest possibility of the vaccinal spike protein existence as the study ended at 180 days but luckily it would only be a minority that could exhibit such long continuous existence (as per the discussed study)

My doctor MRI ON left arm suggested socket replacement surgery and tried to make the claim it was my age 😵
GREATFUL I knew better as the excruciating pain wasn't from age but vaccine ingredients.
My left arm too now can't do anything but the same thing up the arm around shoulder to top of my skull. Sharpest pain you are in can't be imaginary.
This after incomplete double hernia surgery pierced vena cava and intestine, damaged my sexual functioning and other doctor weiner claims age too.....lawyers,doctors, hospital swept everything under rug. Negligence of staff prior to being in surgery marked me for the surgery in less than a second giggling too. Doctor Nathaniel Titlebuam said sign this so I can operate and next thing I was going into intensive care for days then made to leave the hospital completely compromised hospital staff ignorance neglected and livelihood, family, and life financial gain all gone completely. So there are 2 questions. 1) How long are spike proteins being made? 2) How long do they last in the blood once made? My hypothesis is that IgG4 protects spike proteins from being attacked by immune system. IgG4 also protects defective cells making spike proteins. However, there is a lectin that has a strong affinity to IgG4: BanLec. It is hypothesized that BanLec can get IgG4 to trigger liver complement cascades. You can get BanLec by placing ripe banana peels in a smoothie, or even making vegan meatballs with ripe banana peel.
