Tour A Lakefront Home With Modern Contemporary Architecture
ฝัง
- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 22 ส.ค. 2023
- “As you approach the house, you have low slung architecture with a wonderful roofline. A massive glazing looks through to the lake,” says designer Neil Jonsohn of U31 Design. The kitchen is the entertaining hub with a baking station, double island and built-in breakfast bar. See the open-concept living space that features suspended wood-veneered light fixtures, a wood burning fireplace with a black granite surround and a 3-panel sliding door system that creates a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

Contemporary architecture is so versatile and it can be partnered with different interior design out there. It's almost have unlimited possibilities. ✨💯
Absolutely beautiful, comfy, yet elegant.
Beautiful home! Beautiful design! Wouldn’t want to change anything about it! Love it!!❤
This is my favorite home featured so far! Absolutely fabulous

Peaceful and clean, colors are really appealing to the eyes without overwhelming me. Love it❤
Amazing, simple but beautiful and practical
Very very beautiful. Love the rooflines and the way the whole house is open and also opens to the outdoors.
Beautiful
This is gorgeous!
Wonderful, cozy, beautiful and functional. Bravo. Well-done!!!
I love love the home!! I can imagine myself living here but with a more tropical/SE Asian inspire pieces.

I have nothing to said to this house it’s stunning thank you house & home ❤❤
Would love to have this gorgeous place!!
Gorgeous
This is how I imagine my house as well.
The kitchen area is the best bit
Beautiful 😍🤎
🇹🇹🇹🇹!!
I love this house! My home in Colorado has same color scheme, oranges, greens, natural wood ❤
Well done!
The living room was really messy looking. The skis, the fireplace, the tv, the firewood, and all that crap hanging on the wall there was a fight for focus for the eyes. The dining room lights were so beautiful.
This is absolutely beautiful. Can anyone share what the wood floor is in this home? Is this a stained white oak? I’m looking for some thing in this color and style and would love to know what this is.
Love most of this house but those blue kitchen islands make the kitchen look cheap cheap cheap.
It reminded me of a high school science class with the two islands. The kitchen was underwhelming--the baking area was nice though...
The way i strongly disagree lol
Great space Architectural wise , many greate pieces of furniture but it is a bit chaotic for me.
I’m not a fan of modern/contemporary but if I were, I would love this house.
Big up Trinbagonians!
where are this Sharbat Gula artwork from? I just love it

thank you @@NeilGoldenberg
First!
I liked what the designed did with the space, however the building itself was giving off very strong Village Hall/ Community Centre vibes to me.
Beautiful home, boring interior design. Too blah, doesnt match the home really.
I disagree. It has lots of little touches that make it interesting. Few people want to live in a home that is loud. You want to relax, unwind at a lake home. Even when you're entertaining.
Disagree completely.
That wide open glass wall will be too cold 8 months of the year and allow mosquitoes to take over the remaining 4 months.
Would be awesome in Southern California and not many other places. Oh well…
The great room is warm and cozy with in floor heating in addition to forced air, and a big fireplace. Ceiling fan is there to circulate the air but not necessary!
Drop down screens on the exterior saves the home from bugs
Sink on the island...do we really want to see dirty pots and pans when we entertain?
The sinks are so deep that happily, you cannot see the dirty pots or dishes in them!
Meh, the bones of the house itself are certainly great, but in terms of the decor… I feel like this is one of those places that photographs better than it looks in person. Just meh.
It just needs more artwork. Otherwise beautiful.
I think it’s because the space is so open and horizontal everything is visually absorbed at the same eye level. There is no singular place to focus. Everything blends into the next with no noticeable wow moments or places to rest the eye. That’s why it seems so blah.
You sound like a 22 year old who used to cry so her parents buy her the new iPhone.
@@hamedmanoochehri5136 cool, you make absolutely zero sense 👍
@@sahnie82 agreed, good assessment
