Hi I'm Wendy a resin artist and crafter.
In this video I am trying out the massive Let'sResin table mould.
This is a new product from Let'sResin and I was sent it to try and hopefully make a video about.
I decided to make it upside down and use different legs but if you bought the mould you might want to use it more than once and would need to buy more legs anyway.
The mould is the biggest one they make at time of filming and I am very grateful that I was given the opportunity to try it out.

I just ordered my first resin and mold for a small project and I'm a bit nervous, but seeing this gives me great inspiration to try and learn how to work with resin so I can make these kinds of fantastical pieces myself. I was nervous the first time I used resin 😂😂
I cured it in a cold shed then as the mould had been washed and was still damp it cured sticky😂😂 and as I used alcohol inks to colour it and left it in the sunlight to try and get rid of the stickiness, it went green 😂😂😂
I chose the wrong resin and it stank.
But
I was hooked 😂😂
If you do better than me I think you will love it 👌👍💜

Ok sweetie this is beyond amazing 🤩.. I 10,000% love it!!! Anytime I’ve had issues similar to what you did here, I do the top coat and wait 30 to 40 minutes (depending on which resin, cure time) and then pull the tape off. It’s sticky and seems wrong .. but adding a little bit of heat with the heat gun sees it rolling perfectly over all the edges. Of course the backside is taped off and then removed after it cures. ~~I love love love what you did with this table. Let’s Resin has been so generous with creators and I’m glad they include you bc you make marvelous choices. Dragons are at the top of my list too. They are mystical and fun with limitless possibilities. Thanks for sharing your beautiful art pieces with us. This one is probably one of your best 👌💯💯💯🥰. Hope you’re doing well Wendy.

I have waatched this so many times. I was looking for something to do with the dragon's I made from those molds. I buy all the dragon molds I can find! This amazed me! The working time for the second layer surprised me. I seem to work slowly enough that I couldn't even begin to do all that you did. This dragon mold is on my Santa wish list. The table mold... I'm certainly not at that level! This was one gorgeous piece! (And my most heartfelt sympathies on your recent loss. ❤️)

@@Toonpish you were lucky to have her with you as long you did. But losing a loved one is never easy. It takes at least a year to accept and adjust. My father was in the funeral business and I spent lot of time with him. No matter how expected the loss was, it was always heart wrenching. You have my deepest sympathies, and I admire you for carrying on as you are. Just make sure to give yourself time to a accept and grieve. ❤️

When I saw you putting the silver chains in, I was worried that they resin would change them into a more rusty color, as that's when happen on Ben's Worx when Ben tried to use staples in his resin. Fortunately, it seems I had nothing to worry about.

Hi Wendy. I use a hand held nano fogger for spraying my isopropanol. You get better coverage, without those ‘dimples’ that can occur with bigger drops and my iso last a lot longer! Big fan!!! Keep em’ coming! 🤩

OMG!!! It's absolutely amazing just gorgeous 😍 great idea using small charms I have loads of those I'll use that trick 😉 . That wood is spectacular great find and I love love the dragons 🐉. I'm in Canada so alot of the times the products you use or other artists like yourself are not available in Canada... sometimes on the US Amazon it can be shipped to Canada but at a hefty price. This is beyond gorgeous!!!!! O …M …G … I would LOVE to be able to do something like this!!! But, I know I probably couldn't afford the cost of the mold and the amount of resin it would take!!! I'm thinking there is at least a gallon of resin in that mold…. What I would LOVE to do would be to turn it into a Chess board! Along with a grooved out area for the chess board to fit into so that it would sit into the table but about an 1/8 of an inch above it and then down the sides of the board, there could be drilled out round circles for the chess pieces to fit into while playing… after a piece is taken, it would go into its corresponding round groove…. Man, soooo May idea for this mold! One could be made for my Chinese checkers mold that I have too… the same type of design but instead of the chess/checkers boards, I could put the Chinese checkers set there… ugh… I wish 8 never saw this… cuz now Im Gonna want to make it and I can’t! 😢😢😢😢😢 I would give just about anything to have Let's .resin send me stuff lol… you are so very lucky Wendy!!!! But you deserve it! You work hard for what you have! And I love watching you do it!!!!! Have a blessed day my dear friend!!!!!

So now that I have the molds, I am working on getting my work area put together… cuz right now it’s a disaster area! Once I get that finished, then I am going to start making things and putting them out there for others to see and hopefully, people will want them… I am lucky enough that my mum owns her own beauty salon and she said I can put a display up there at her shop/salon and she would take orders for me….now, I just got to get some things made and put up there!
