The one thing I enjoy about these is the relationship between Mario and Luigi. Cuz canonically, I think this is pretty accurate. A real brotherly relationship since Mario will always stand up for his lil bro and Luigi does lookup to Mario. But also Mario never doubts Luigi will have his back despite being scared and Luigi finds his courage when it comes to those he cares about. It's nice considering we get little splashes of character in the games.
What’s you’re problem Never played the M&L games? Mario and and Luigi have a great bond in those games and it shows that they care about each other plenty of times.. And as for that scene in Mario Power Tennis, that was sibling rivalry

Not to worry though, there are usually multiple seasons to a series if it's popular. And this one has a fairly big audience.

Unless Pauline is a recent school transfer like Mario it doesn't seam like she new Mario and she seams much older then Mario or peach so I don't think she was with mario. She was Marios gf in the first dk game so making her Peach's rival works for this nintendo high.

You did a great job! Everyone's outfits looked awesome, and there was a lot of variety; you clearly put a lot of time, care, and effort into designing them! I loved all the little references and attention to detail, like the red Crystal Star pin in Doopliss' top hat, Luigi's goofy pompadour from Luigi's Mansion 3 (that was a fun surprise, I grinned like an idiot the first time I saw it), and Meta Knight's cape and Galaxia-inspired brooch.
Hey, so you must be the artist for this. I just wanted to say that the art style for this show was better than any art style for any 2D Show I’ve ever seen (I’m serious). Best of luck man! I’ve gotten so hooked to this, that I keep thinking about it 24/7

Appearances by Pauline as a bully was an interesting storytelling change! I also liked , Professor E. Gadd coming back, and Ridley thwarting the non-Mario heroes. Do you think we'll see Yoshi helping out the Brothers?

@@hamakochan375kj in reality, I don't see Pauline as a bully either. But introducing competition for Mario's affection had to be done at some point, so I am glad it was done. I was actually really impressed with Bowser's plan as shown, as his plan seemed to be perfectly executed so far.

I like the small detail of it being (presumably) Peach's mother's castle instead of hers, it's a nice touch that lets you know that it isn't her kingdom yet.
And also that Peach is a teen.
The passion in this series is freaking phenomenal. This is something truly special.

here's what I have to say: Nintendo High is the, if not one of, the BEST FAN SERIES OF ALL TIME!!!!! Words cannot express how much I enjoyed this series, it's a plot within a plot within a plot. And with fan favorites Mario and Friends, along with characters from other video games (Captain Falcon being portrayed so well as a jock figure, Falco as a slick-talking dealer, Wario and Waluigi as semi-jerks with unconventional and hilarious bad luck, Pit being slightly stupid and Pittoo being edgy, Palutena acting as a goddess, along with Pauline and her group of friends and etc.) I was immediately blown away by all of this. And seeing E. Gadd talk so ominously about red and green, Mario and Luigi's parents, along with the relationships that were blossoming during the 7 episodes, not only were they expected in a way, but they were shown in a new light, seeing Luigi fail and fail until Daisy decided to go with him to the dance. This series all in all had me satisfied until episode 7. I honestly can't wait to see what happens in the season finale, u guys are so awesome!!! 100/10 would rewatch all over again

I can only praise the meticulous attention to detail evereything has each and every time. I think my favourte this episode was the Ruby Star adorning Doopliss' hat, followed by the Super Princess Peach-style cut-ins of the imprisoned students at the very end. Just fantastic.

It’s shocking to see Pauline and Candy Kong as mean girls who included Captain Syrup as part of their group. I also wonder where Ganondorf is during all of this or if he even exists at all since Link and Zelda are their Breath of the Wild incarnations.

I was surprised as well. But then I realised that we're looking at Pauline from Peach's perspective and it made sense. Peach was made to replace Pauline. Pauline, at the end of the day, is Mario's ex.

Why is Candy Kong there?
I would LAUGH if Ganondorf was accidently sent to an All-female school. Get the reference?
A few things a like to point out:
First, I am loving the outfits the characters are wearing for the dance, especially Kirby's and Meta Knight's. I mean come on, you can’t tell me Kirby wearing a suit and tie with a top hat isn’t the most adorable thing you’ve ever seen, and seeing Meta Knight wearing his signature cape with a bat wing design underneath was a really cool touch.
Second, having Pauline being the leader of the school's mean girl clique was actually a pretty funny addition to this series.
Lastly, foreshadowing Mario's use of the Firehand was so cool, and I hope it also means Luigi will soon learn the Thunderhand.
Well On the topic of Thunderhand, well Luigi probably already knows it because we saw as Mr. L that he could use electricity because we saw him use on a bowser. But he has probably forgotten, I think the time when it comes is when he sees Daisy in trouble and finally decides to charge with all his might as fast as lighting bolt finally cementing his name as the green thunder.

You were all right! That WAS the greatest episode you've ever made! Besides the obvious fact it was longer, it was just FANTASTIC with the music, the art, the characters' voice acting, and the story! I didn't expect Pauline to be bad, but this is just my opnion: Yoshi may appear but as a friend or something closer to Bowser who fences himself by building a bond between them to emmm... So that Bowser is not so bad And have a great affection Bowser towards Yoshi, coming to help each other between the two or be inseparable, I just say I don't know if you like the idea and I love your story you created and makes me want to see more of the plot :3

This episode, surprised me when I saw it. I was not expecting Mario's Italian accent, Pauline being Peach's bully or Pauline at all, or all of those Nintendo Bad Guys taking over the school. I was very glad to see Proffessor E-Gadd again, and hearing more stuff about Mario and Luigi's parents, I liked the music too, Next episode is going to be cool

Huh i just wondering what and how did mario and Luigi grow up be a adult how did their classmates graduate from Nintendo high and i really don't not like boos their creepy laughing and i saw blinky and inky and poor luigi he is scared to his death all the ghosts and the villains they spotted him luigi you don't have to run and hide anymore are you feeling tired be afraid of lots don't be afraid anymore open your heart and you and mario are real heroes at Nintendo high you two would be popular at school.
I literally just found this series today and I’ve had such a blast binging it! This is the kind of series I dreamed about when I was younger so I can’t believe something like it actually exists, thank you to everyone who has worked on it! I’m so impressed by how much love and passion is put into each episode, from the script, to the voice acting, the art, sound direction, editing, etc. It’s truly impressive! I’m eagerly awaiting the next episode ☺️💕

Problem with that is, it ticks people off, and it’s out of their character. I’m gonna be disappointed if they don’t become friends in the end. I swear when I saw Pauline near Peach during a dance, I IMMEDIATELY KNEW what was coming. I’ve seen it so many times that I knew she was going to be absolutely out of her character and be a bully. If anyone makes a animation like this, DON’T do this. It’s just asking for a fight from the character’s fans.

DUDE! I absolutely adore this series, so much Nintendo fan-service while providing an extremely intriguing story about beloved characters going to high school. Every episode is such a treat to watch and the quality keeps getting better and better with each release with a few animations in this one too. Can’t wait to see what happens next! 😄

Seriously one of the best episodes yet, tons of characters seen in homecoming outfits, and the characters are really shown off their attires matching their characters personas, and loving Zelda and Link’s outfits!, (still gotta see Ganondorf somewhere)

This was hands down a great episode, the hype was real and every moment of the episode had me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to see how Mario and Luigi will save the school and put an end to Bowser's rain of terror. It was nice seeing everyone's outfits they all looked beautiful in their suits and dresses~!!!!
@@emoji3266 you know what you might just be onto something, Bowser is pretty petty himself and while this whole thing might be something he would do. This all seems too much for even him, even if Bowser wants to rule the school how would he gain all this money because I feel his father only gives him a mouth's allowance unless his Pops spoils him. Plus most of this villains are lone wolves (wolf included and yes pun intended). Ridley pretty much hates everyone as well, So Dimento is probably the one who is helping Bowser with all of this causes it will help him further his own goal.

This was an amazing episode! I loved everyone's outfits so much! Especially the Pit's outfits and Marina's. Speaking of them though, I was not expecting Medusa and Octavio to show up! That was a strange surprise.

This is the best web series I’ve ever seen. I just binged watch all the episodes and now I can’t stop watching it. Can’t wait to see part 2. AND DAMN, PAULINE AS A MEAN GIRL!?!? That shit had me dying. Nice touch.
Oh my god, what an episode, everyone all dressed up so wonderful. Wow, Paulina and Candy Kong, shame they're both very mean girls, but it suits them really well. Mario and Peach are named king and queen, but the festivities were cut short when Bowser kidnapped Mario and named himself King (Homecoming). Mario is close to unlocking fire powers (form Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga), hope Luigi unlocks powers of his own too. But in their way will be a crap ton of villains, hope they can save the day. I'll be looking forward to part 2, hopefully soon.
Some thoughts:
1. WHY IS PAULINE AMONG THE EVIL GANG!?!
2. Where’s Rosalina and Waluigi? I was hoping for them to hook up.
3. So…many…new…faces.
4. The Mario Bros ON. THE. DANCE FLOOR! Oh yeah! GO WEEGEE!! GO WEEGEE!!
All in all, I’m impressed by it all! BRAVO!

It really gotta end on a cliffhanger LOL but nontheless this was a great episode! Really gave more insight on Mario as a character, and definitely excited for part 2!
With Bowser having taken ovef and locked up all the heroes/heroiness I would love Mario rallying tbem all up and taking the villians on. Mario' Falcon and D.k. punching and Link using some of his equipment. Samus using her athletic skills and such. A big hero villian showdown.

This series is fantastic, one of the most wholesome, heartfelt fan-project I have seen! Sound design, music editing, dubbing, animation and specially art style. So great! Thank you so much!
Assuming Bowser’s gang is going to get punished after part 2, Dimentio’s punishment should be detention where he’s forced to write the sentence “We conform, we follow the norm” over and over.
And maybe Bowser will realize the error of his ways and starts becoming nice later on?
Um here's the thing Dimento can do whatever he wants. Plus I am pretty sure that he has grander plans than this high school takeover, personally I feel like this is just the beginning and he only using Bowser to further his goals

I absolutely LOVE Zelda and Link's costume design! It suits them so well and they are two are my favorite characters.
As someone who grew up playing the Zelda games this was awesome to see so many Nintendo characters, I was disappointed that Ganon wasn't part of Bowser's Villain Army.

@@AriesFairy Yeah he could be Bowser's replacement, my theory is that after Bowser's defeat Ganon will arrive and be the main villain of Season 2 since Bowser is the main Villain of Season 1. Bowser could be suspended for all of Season 2 only appearing in the summer vacation arc if they do one. Maybe more Zelda villains like Vaati, Yuga, Cole, Maladus, Zant and Grihim(sorry if I misspelt that) could appear and be Ganon's team, like how Mouser, Hydra and Lakiluster are Bowser's crew.

I just like to say that there is a difference between Homecoming and Prom, Homecoming is when a school wins too many games so the school celebrates it with a party and prom is for the senior students to celebrate their last day of school before graduation. Food for thought. :)

There was no Wasalina anywhere. The episode was great. But after introducing them on the previous episode they didn't even have like two seconds of interaction? Waluigi and Wario where nowhere to be seen. Every other character appeared except for them. Even Rosalina was there yeah a cameo from Farncis but something is something. But anyways I am hyped for episode two and this one was great.

So far this has to be one of my favorite nintendo high videos of all time great job
I've been seeing the thumbnail for the first video for quite a while, but never hit it until today. This story actually goes way beyond my expectations. With all the characters, references, and adjustments to fit the high school setting along with keeping characters in... character, it's really entertaining. It's like a high quality mini-series. I imagine a lot of time and effort really was put into it and it's definitely paying off!
Now I wonder if Waluigi and Rosalina will make an appearance at this homecoming dance...
Or a speedy blue hedgehog...
