Thank you so much!! I've watched a ton of video, viewed tons of pics and read tons of websites and no one explained how to see the air sac as well as you!! I have that same light, too. Happy hatching!
Great video! Thank you. Its my first time doing this using a homemade incubator. i just checked one of my cream legbar eggs at end of day four and can see veins...so excited! The black copper marans n lavender orps r darker so i didnt try yet.
I have some white eggs incubating it's day 5 some have the spider veins so I'm assuming there fertile but a couple of them are black can't really see anything I see The air sac does that means it fertile or rotten

The air cell grows as the embryo develops, John. If they have spider veins they're definitely fertile.

thx for everything you have tought me about this love you
Thank you for taking the time to write, Halie, I appreciate that.

The eggs are unlikely to be fertile if you don't see anything by Day 5, but I would leave them until Day 7 and see if you see anything then.
Can you please show a video of day one candling. what signs to look for, before putting under a broody.
There's information about Day 1 here, Mahmoud: www.raising-happy-chickens.com/hatching-chicken-eggs.html
my chicken eggs already day 7, but i still see the yolk floating, dont see any blood vessel. Is it fertile?
No, if there are no blood vessels by Day 7 the egg is not fertile.
I like.🙏👍👍
