I love how geography shapes music...
If you notice in most of Sumeru's slower musical pieces, Indian instruments are used the most, since their gentle and calming sounds evolved in India's delicate and lush rainforests.
Whereas Arabic and Persian instruments are used for the more fast paced music like battle themes, since their sharp and striking sounds evolved in the rugged and unforgiving landscapes of the desert.

"We all nestle under the great tree of wisdom, peering out to perceive the world. From the earth, and from the rain, we perceive it's wonders, until we become a white bird to perch atop a branch and finally snap off the most important leaf."
Remembering how Ei had such a prominent leitmotif across the Inazuma soundtrack, I kept wondering which of Sumeru's pieces are Nahida's, and little did I know it would be one so bittersweet and evocative. What a masterpiece.

jnana, (Sanskrit: “knowledge”) in Hindu philosophy, a word with a range of meanings focusing on a cognitive event that proves not to be mistaken. Vidya primarily means "correct knowledge" in any field of science, learning, philosophy, or any factual knowledge that cannot be disputed or refuted.
