I would put black dye over this and ignore all my problems
I doubt it would work either. Putting black over dry bleached hair would make it nasty green. The hair is too weak to absorb any real color at that point

Everything that I’ve learned from Brad:
-DO NOT BLEACH THE ROOTS FIRST
-Color does not life color
-Bleach is not shampoo;it doesn’t lather
-Put enough god damn bleach on your hair;it’s not supposed to look like “dried toothpaste”
-Don’t crunch your foils
-Use gloves
-Work with small sections
-Don’t wash your hair before bleaching it
-Brush your damn hair (but not when there’s bleach in it)
-Don’t use 40 volume developer
-Don’t expect T18 to work if your hair isn’t already a level 10 blonde

And if your hair is already bleached, dont rebleach the ends! Only the roots ! That's how you cause breakage and severely damaged ends !!!! I cant stress this shit enough! I've been dying my hair neon colors for years and only once had a fuck up and that's because I went to do red and didnt realize the red had bleach in it after bleaching my hair. And now I'm super careful!!
I was taught one inch from the roots and ends because body heat and the ends are more porous (means how your hair reacts to moisture)

I grow all fake colour out for the moment to give my hair a rest, then I probably only use temporary colour that lasts a few washes.

My hair is passed my bellybutton down to my waist way longer than hers and crazy thick, way thicker than average for sure (in my pic my hair is wet and mostly to the side so it doesn’t show how thick it is only more or less the length) and I only need two boxes of box dye. I had the EXACT same hair color - red to blonde ombre - that I got done at the salon... after nearly a year of growing it out and no maintenance.
I did THE EXACT SAME THING as this chick and then tried to go over it with the same hair dye....
$600 and nearly 2 sessions later with a stylist.... and a year of waiting....
Moral of the story - these videos exist for a reason.

Exactly! A lot of people think they are saving money and end up spending so much more on treatments and toners, and going back to Sally’s 3 times only to spend well over 100. Then they ruin their hair and end up going to the salon and spending so much more!!! And for someone who wants to be lighter on a budget, I recommend going to get a partial highlight which would really brighten It up and won’t cost a fortune. And a lot It cosmetology schools offer really cheap services, and even though that can be dicey that’s going to be far better than anything going on with these TH-cam super stars. Also a lot of salons have “new talent days” where assistants offer cheaper services because they want to impress bosses and get their chair. Just some options bc I know right now times are tough

I bleached my hair at home the day before yesterday and it was a catasrophe. I ran out of the stuff 2/3 into the process, so a patch of my hair is dark brown... the rest of it isn't good either. After I saw the result, I literally said to my mom, "I should have listened to Brad Mondo and never have done this."

I use the L’Oréal Féria color on my own hair and I’ve found that the magenta is really good and I’m rocking the teal one right now. However with the specific color that this girl is using it literally tells you on the box that this color only works on very light hair??? Like it’s on the side of the box???? Sigh 🤦🏻♀️

I have straight up white platinum hair. All over. Cotton top hair. I tried that smoky blue grey color. I was super excited. Guess what happened?? Yup. Every drop of the BLUE in that box dye got sucked in to my hair. I looked like a reverse smurfette. IT WAS BAAAAAAADDDDDDD. Neva again. No. Put it down guuuurl. Walk awa- stop it!! Just walk away.
my friend used the rosey color on her level 8/9 natural hair and it did NOTHING those dyes seem to be really iffy. ur so pretty btw🤍

There’s a reason that dye is an “F” word! It will F your hair. Back in my early 20s, I tried going blonde with that stuff. I had curly hair down to my rear end. The lightener in that stuff turned my lvl 6/7 hair bright orange. Naturally, I bought bleach to “finish lightening it” and 40 volume. Yes, I know better now! This was the experience which made me go to cosmo school. Still sporting now paler orange hair, I turned myself over to my beloved professional colorist. She gave me 2 options, be blonde with really short hair or roll the dice and deposit color to help fill the shafts and wait for the hair to break off. I took the big chop blonde 👱♀️ option. She said there was something in that particular F brand which even creates red when she was trying to color correct me. She suspected a metal salt. I was at the salon from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM. FORTUNATELY, I’d been going to her for years and we had an excellent rapport. Sometimes I had to wait between clients until she could get back to me as this wasn’t your typical hour or two session. So much had to happen that day and Olaplex didn’t exist yet. I spent the day with her being her assistant for free, cleaning the color bowls, sweeping and mopping, fetching snacks, drinks and lunches for her and clients. I even started taking calls and booking clients for her. Worth EVERY MINUTE! She worked her magic and my hair looked like Gwynerh Paltrow’s “after” short hair look from the movie Sliding Doors. I easily had $1200 worth of services that day and she only charged me $250 ~ after I agreed to go to school and come work for her. Hahahahaha

@@rachelgraan5045 he could do it like once or twice a year. Find the person he thinks fucked up their hair the worst, then offer them a fix. I think it would be cool to.see the actual process bc a lot of people dont realize how much it entails.
