I personally appreciate gurukul padhwati... Everyone study,work hard but don't know what to study and how to study....widout knowing their vision and aim,they just blindly take part in competition which rarely help in shaping their personalities, nurturing culture and developing the habbit of respecting elders disregarding others post.. In the convent school, situation are even worst,, children take part in examination to gain more marks blindly even widout bothering the sincerety of the subjects, widout connecting this with their lyf practically..or the wonder is that even parents insist just on gaining more and more marks..this sometym seems to be snatching their childhood from them,away them from playground,making them surrounding with gadgets ultimately results come with very high marks with hollow personality of child,they even dont understand the dimensions of their lyf... How can we imagine from them to lead the nation,how can we expect from them to live a harmonious,honest lyf while same thing are not taught them in shaping them

this boy has achieved strength and flexibilty both by practising yoga which is great. now for those people who say dat weight training is better thn yoga, try to mix both yoga and weight training in ur workout coz i feel yoga and weight training complement each other. we can take akshay kumar as an example for that who always emphasis on making yoga and martial arts compulsory in school. according to him yoga and martial arts are two complete exercises for your body. He prefers bodyweight workout to artificial weight training. I have been doing yoga and freehand exercise for last couple of months and I am loving it, can see few changes in my body and mindset
