Thank you for the kind words, Andre! Anytime you’re shadowing within an organization, the key is to maintain a line of respect and open communication about what to expect. Some things are meant to be confidential to that particular employee, of which needs to be understood by the person shadowing. On the other hand, it should help foster new ideas and strengthen the organization. Keep me posted on how it goes!
It absolutely is for both large and small businesses. There may be more red tape/hoops to jump through to shadow in a larger corporation but the smart ones keep the door open for students/new grads to shadow.
