I bought my Circooter Mate brand new on Amazon. I spent 4 months researching, pricing and reading customer reviews on as many Adult E-Scooters as I could find. I was nervous spending $699 on a scooter but it was the cheapest as far as cost goes for an E-Scooter with 440 lbs. max weight limit. I'm a 6'0 250 lb. man, with groceries and clothes on I'm over 300 lbs. so it was very important the max weight was over 300 lbs. This one is well over the limit I was needing and with that being said its bigger and heavier than a lime scooter or one you'd just ride for fun. It makes you feel more secure and safer than the little scooters I've seen a lot of people riding. The lights are probably the coolest thing I continually get complements on. The blue LED lights that run along the bottom of the deck get brighter when you apply the brakes. Its also a safety feature in my opinion. People love my scooter and always ask a bunch of annoying questions. I believe another manufacture makes this same model or something very close. I've seen them with a cheaper battery 10 instead of 12.8 and let me tell you its a big difference. I'm trying to find a compatible 20 mah battery or an 18 mah or find different ways to MOD it myself. The charging times are long and that's one thing I don't like. I'm looking into MODing it so I can decrease the time as well. I've had this scooter for 9 months and I've gone 300 miles so far. I need to buy new brake pads and a new kick stand. I have a few complaints and one IMPORTANT WARNING for anyone who buys this brand. Like I said I bought my Circooter Mate on Amazon brand-new. Circooter supplies a few tools for you to adjust the controls and mount the LED screen. The tools don't fit this model or maybe they put the wrong ones from another model in with him by accident. After 2 months of riding I decided to do a detail job on it and cleaned ever nook ands cranny. I noticed something looked off about my rear tire when I was looking straight down at it. One of my shocks in the rear were bent and off center throwing everything off. I inspected it closely and could not believe what I found. The blot and nuts that hold the shock to the tire and frame were so loose it was about to fall apart. My shock and now part of the frame is bent because the manufacture did not tighten the nuts and blots hat hold them together. I could have been seriously injured or even killed. I contacted CIRCOOTER and AMAZON. Both did not care, offered no explanation or apology. I had to go and buy my own tools to fix their terrible mistake. The tires are puncture proof, the deck and ride height have excellent clearance, the brakes work great, the Top speed is 28 mph, the app allows you to lock the drive wheel, the lights are bright and amazing, the scooter breaks down for easy storage or if you need to get on the bus or put it in the trunk of car. The LCD screen is clean and fits the scooter for its size. The red accent colors on it are vibrant and make it look cool. I put my own stickers on it and yes they're red and black. I'm into knives and my favorite knives manufacture is Microtech. I sell them as a little side business so I have a ton of stickers, lanyard beads and Key FOB chains. So my Scooter is decked out in Microtech LOGOs and decals. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and performance. The Circooter Mate is a good buy at $699 or less. Remember to try and find the better battery with the higher Mah. The knock off Iscooter that looks like the Circooter Mate has the cheaper battery and believe me the numbers don't look like much of a difference but you'll see and feel it and you'll regret it. Also, the Raptor and Raptor Pro are on sale right now for about the same or $100 more than the Mate. The Raptor and Mate are very close in specs but the Raptor and Raptor Pro have much better batteries and bigger motors. I hope this helps a lot of people. I wish someone would have broken all this down for me and saved me months of research. If you have any questions Ill try to answer them for you.
I have almost 400kms on my Circooter Mate. I am a heavier rider at 284lbs plus my gym bag and gear for work (military) and i love it. Yes it slows going up steeper grade, but on flats it still runs 37km/h and in turbo going downhill, its gotten up to 44.6km/h. With the collapsing handle bars, it makes it tricky to mount a phone mount, and i did have the rear fender break. That said, their customer service has been amazing, and sent me a replacement within the week of being reported. I wish the blinkers were better situated so they can be seen by vehicles in front or behind, but that is my only "complaint". All in all, i love my Circooter Mate🤙🛴💨💨 Ride Safe
I just got one it's great. I take my kid to the bus stop and it works real good. I think if you want to break in the suspension ride with another person.
We have the Circooter Rapter and the Rapter Pro. These are really nice and work as they are supposed to. I'd highly, HIGHLY recommend either of these and from what I'm seeing recently, this too will include the Mate version as well. These are truly fantastic scooters.
I just ordered one of these scooters yesterday and can't wait to get it. I rented a Lime scooter this summer and had a blast, but this is my first scooter purchase. I am looking forwards to being able to with my grandkids when they go bike riding.
I bought one today, but it didn't come with a manual. Online manual doesn't seem to say anything about how to get it into pairing mode. How did you do that??
Is there any way to unlock the speed even more mines goes to 28mph or 45.1 km/h but I can still feel it like backing off when it’s gets there which is kinda off putting cause it like brakes in a sense and pushes you forward but if there any way I can unlock it to go faster to would be cool 🤞🏾
I was asking about that one, I’m not a fan of the one I reviewed personally. It’s ok for kids I think but not for me. I need more performance like a raptor or raptor pro
@@johnnysweekends I had the raptor pro a few months back, it was a really good scooter, they say it’s supposed to go 28 mph but it really only got up to 23, and the only problem I had with it was the horn stopped working after 3 days and the headlight screws kept getting loose so I had to keep tightening them but other than that it was great

Awesome, thanks for the feed back.
Yea the signals on the side don’t reply let people know what’s going on behind you or in front.
Completely agree!!! Ours are fantastic (Raptor and Raptor Pro are the ones we have here)
Just got my Circooter Mate today and this is hands down the best E-scooter I've ever owned.

Yea I just would prefer a pneumatic tire. Much softer ride
How does the cruise control work. Can you lock it in at any speed?

Scooters really are aloof of fun. Just be careful of big holes and cracks
Woah! One ride and you were sold! Took me a 2 years of consistent joyriding before I pulled trigger. Good for you!

Hi. Ijust bought the circooter mate. Do you know how to get it into bluetooth pairing mode. I can’t figure it out
I had to download the app and then scan the QR code and then turn scooter on with Bluetooth and it actually came up pretty easy.
@@johnnysweekends i bought it used. He unbinded from his phone. But I just cant get it to connect I dont have the Qr code.
There has to be a way of putting the scooter into pairing mode. Ive searched google for hours now and nothing
@Shaun0169 try the manual or contact company

Hey is the battery early replaceable I thought about buying two or 3 for long trips
Have to remove the plate but it’s not horrible
Joyor scooters kinda look similar. Joyor is more generous with battery capacity I think. I have a Y7-S, looks pretty similar.
Good review though ! 👍🏼
Thank you, and yea often time some of these companies will make a second or even a 3rd line of the same product just under a different name
Hello ! Someone know how to Connect the R3 with the application ? (Bluetoot…)
Letssssss gooooo
How doi connect the scooter to the app
Should be in the instructions or when you download app… been a while since I did it
Within it's price range is there another scooter that you'd recommend over this one?
So I have this in my garage and I just unboxed and am doing the review in a couple days. Pretty much in line as a competitor…amzn.to/43T0Ken
