    Hey Quang, hoping to see updates eventually and to see you get back on the grind again. Love your usual content on the other channel but at the same time this is for your health too my guy. I know how insanely hard it is to keep up a diet since it took my many years to get in a rhythm for eating more healthy and working out to losing weight (about 70 pounds). For starters, I can see that you're trying to make a change and that it's hard to crack the food addiction, especially since cooking and eating is your job. But I'm sure most of the audience doesn't mind you cooking a bit less or ordering a bit less from restaurants since this is for your health.
    At the end of the day it's calories in and calories out for weight loss. I'd say don't restrict the types of food you eat, since for some people it leads to binging. Satisfy cravings, but to a moderate degree. BUT, weigh your fast foods and compare them to the restaurant's official calories. Don't go over your daily caloric limit. Another thing that might help you is time restricted eating. Personally I do one meal a day but I can understand this does NOT work for everyone. However, you don't have to be as extreme as me. It could be something as simple as 16 hours no eating and eat ONLY within an 8 hour period. Skip breakfast, cut out the snacking, and ONLY eat lunch and dinner. Basically your eating window will be from 2PM-10PM and you do not eat until 2PM the next day after the end of your window.
    Also, I got an apple watch to keep me accountable by completing and closing my exercise rings every single day. I also aim for at least 10k steps. Walking is a pretty nice form of low intensive exercise. 10k steps is around 400-500 calories burnt a day. 10k may seem really daunting at first but what I do is split it into 5 sessions of 20 minutes every other hour or 10 sessions of 10 minutes every hour and it gets real easy to complete. And for cheat meals... I gotta be honest cheat meals are really detrimental to some people. If you're on a 500 calorie deficit everyday and you have a one or two cheat meals every week where you go over your daily caloric limit by 1000 or even 1500, it'll slow down your progress significantly. The net caloric difference per week is not as high as you think when you add a couple of cheat meals. Like if you're eating 500 calories less Mon to Fri thats a -2500 deficit. But two cheat days of eating over by 1250 each day to add up to 2500 just completely balances it out to 0 net calories and you basically made no progress that week. But the most important thing of all is consistency! You don't have to work out everyday Quang! I found that it personally burnt the hell outta me. Instead I kept it to 3 weight lifting sessions per week ONLY. On days off, I would walk or hop on a bike and reach my fitness goal on Apple watch. And again, most important of all is calories in and calories out for weight loss! Others are disappointed, and I am too not gonna lie, but I definitely feel some empathy towards your situation since its tough to balance weight and a food channel. We know you can put in the work since we've all seen it with your old workout videos. I always think of it like this: it's great that people have motivation to do things. However what really keeps a person going is drive and most important of all discipline. You having discipline is the most important thing in your weight loss!

      @@darkrai7597 right. Most people can’t tell the difference between Haters and Critics.
      One of the reasons I suspect Quang is always eating so much is because.
      He eats too quickly so his stomach doesn’t have time to send the signal to his brain the the stomach is already full.
      So him constantly expanding his stomach will make his hunger greater and greater. Hence why he finds it hard to go eat a “healthy” amount.
      Plus yes lifting weights BURNS calories. Certainly not as much as steady state cardio like walking up on an Incline for 30-45 Minutes though though. Weight lifting is more to increase Metabolism by increasing Muscle Mass (increasing the amount of calories the body needs HENCE making it easier to be in a caloric deficit).
      But Quang probably doesn’t understand this and will only look for the easy way out. Doing those scam workouts like “HIIT Cardio burns 10000000000 Calories”.
      As much as I used to like Quang. I have to admit... he’s a complete slob now. No better than Nikocado Avocado tbh.

      @@darkrai7597 Walking on an 15% Incline for 30mins burns more calories than a 10-15min HIIT
      Even so HIIT cardio is only recommended to be done 2-3 times a week as it puts a lot of strain on the heart.
      BUT good to know u are staying in shape my brother 👊👊
      Personally I think Quang can easily
      add Cardio into his day starting with simply going for an incline walk on his treadmill for 15-30min every morning before showering. I enjoy running. So maybe once his weight is lower he can also introduce jogging?
      As for his daily habits with food, I know he is a food content creator.. so I’d suggest just eating his meals for the videos? like Lunch for his Main and Dinner for the Vietnamese channel?
      OR maybe he could just film 1-3 QUALITY videos weekly instead of just consuming 4,000+ over calories daily.
      besides I feel like his Quality standards in the video and his character have dropped significantly compared to when he was rapidly gaining traction. This statement is further backed up by his significantly lower view count compared to the first few years of the channel. (I’ve been following him since 5-6k subs)
      I’d rather him make 2-3 GOOD QUALITY videos a week than 7 crappy videos a week.
      ULTIMATELY it’s his life and we can only critic it. If he wants to be like Nikocado Avocado we cannot stop him 😂

      But yes about Quang.. I think estimating it at 4,000-5,000 calories in those videos is a bit low? I personally think it’s realistically in the 6,000-7,000 range when you include the Soda and Sauces.
      And it truly is sad watching what once was your favourite youtube creators rise and fall..
      I guess what Khabib said is true. Money and Fame doesn’t change you, it just reveals your true character.

      I’ll be honest Quang is a grown ass man.. only he can make himself change, nobody else.
      I also suspect why he started becoming weirder in his recent videos from about 1-2 months ago.. is because of the Creatine Monohydrate supplement he has? But it’s just a theory. Creatine can affect the mind since it is an SSRI (Creatine is still natural though if u don’t already know).
      ^ And if that is the case, I suggest Quang stop taking Creatine with Caffine if he is. OR stop creatine all together.
      About Khabib.. I’ll be honest HAHAHA I didn’t know he was such a UFC legend until recently 💀💀💀 I saw the clip of him saying something along the lines of.. “with or without you, there will always be champions. whether or not your name? is your choice. if you want then work hard. if you don’t want BYE BYE go home”

    This kid has completely hit rock bottom. Not only has he given up on working out/dieting, he recently did a 10 lbs Pho challenge and then ordered Taco Bell ON THE SAME DAY. If being a father isn't a good enough reason to get healthier, nothing will.

      He could be dealing with depression or other issues in his life.
