When you adapt something, you want to attract a new audience ( anime only ) if you fail to do that, well you failed at adapting. You can't compare three animes with many seasons and episodes to two anime adaptations that have a restriction to only 13 episodes due to crunchyroll. That's like apples to oranges. Both animes have more lore and info in their manhwa so 13 episodes can't explain it all without making half of the episodes just lore based and no real story progression which is bad since a lot of people will turned away from it since majority of anime watchers watch it for story progression.
