Black Clover, Fairy Tail, Pokemon, Magi, (If intelligent Death Note), Most of the magic ones where you could defend yourself would probably be best bet. That why I like the magical ones because those you could actually do something.
Some suggestions for those powers I've seen is that Bullseye could be good on some kind of recon squad or assassination team. Like if they need to take out a high profile target, he could put a bullseye on the targets head for a sniper to see it better. The 0.5 second future vision, some suggested he learn martial arts and improve reaction time so they can dodge attacks just before being hit and know an opponents last minute movements. The charge one is just pretty good if you work at a power plant or have an electrical car. It's more like a logistics team kind of role.

yea but if you go by the anime it seems pretty stable especially since the humans in pokemon are strong enough to take flamethrowers and thunderbolts head on without serious injuries.

Some suggestions for those powers I've seen is that Bullseye could be good on some kind of recon squad or assassination team. Like if they need to take out a high profile target, he could put a bullseye on the targets head for a sniper to see it better. The 0.5 second future vision, some suggested he learn martial arts and improve reaction time so they can dodge attacks just before being hit and know an opponents last minute movements. The charge one is just pretty good if you work at a power plant or have an electrical car. It's more like a logistics team kind of role.
