The one little high window in the bedrooms mess up this lovely house. The closets are small and there's no molding in this house. It's the kind of beauty that grabs you, but once you move in, little things that you breezed over because of its beauty begin the surface as an issue. (The thing in all new builds now is the glass shower. PERSONALLY, I wouldn't want to be observable while I'm taking a shower. JMHO)

I didn't like where the refrigerator was located and oven. I love white cabinets And netural colors so the white cabinets where beautiful. I wasn't impressed with the hardwood floors the color or the ones down stairs and the color of the spindles on stairs. But overall it was a very pretty home. Just lacking that wow factor. I think that color hardwood floors took away from the home so much.

Very nice house
There's two other homes almost identical to this one they have shown. But my favorite is the one on Concessions Road, just needs land scaping. Have seen a lot of older homes that have been updated, it must say whomever they used did a wonderful job. On these updated homes you already have mature trees and and gardens of beautiful perennial plants. It's hard to choose sometimes, guess with a new home, you have the options of planting what you like, and with the addition of a pool, who really needs to travel for vacations? I could take a couple of weeks from working an enjoy family and friends right in my backyard.
