I'm a design nut myself and I tried so hard to find something that's like WTH, or out of place, but I couldn't find any! I loved the design of the bathrooms. I wish Apple Grace highlighted more the very nice tiles and fixtures of the bathrooms, but I understand the time considerations. Sobrang kudos to the Architect and Interior Designer of this house. I luvvet!! :) The overall lot size is not really that big, but it feels so much bigger than it actually is. And I also love your channel trying out new formats for the show and adding a bit more informational content. Apple Grace's style of presenting just keeps getting better and better! :) Overall, one of my favorite episodes! Keep it up! :)

You've really improve a lot on the presentation.It's good.Congrats! Just a little suggestion, focus the camera more on the house details I guess. For example in this vid, show the side garden without the speaker on the frame, show the carport without the speaker. Dont get me wrong, it's just that it's also good to give the viewers at least a few seconds to see the details as is. 🙂
I suggest to include sizes per area of the house, say for example 2x1m side garden, 3x5 M living area so we can estimate/imagine the area. Hope you consider this suggestion :) Looking forward to more house tours!

May I ask, is it not those are endangered species or is that synthetic materials, referring to the safari look/animal skin design rugs. It's beautiful!!! I wish that they are "princess steps" design stairs going up the 2nd floor.
Nice design!!! But it’s a little bit too dark for me, specially the living room. However, the combination of concrete, wood and metal looks fabulous . Very masculine tone....seems like the WAF ( wife approval factor ) in not considered in the equation. 😁
I like all the design but mostly every house they show they always separate the kitchen I just wish they will make open concept. From kitchen to the dining table and living room so when you cooking at the same time you talking to the family or visitors
