India's wealth builders always excites me, like literally why would someone buy a 17cr flat in gurgaon? why not in new York where you can at least make this much,that's 2m dollars, someone can be financially free for life in this money, well that's the point, we educated millennial are told that the most high paying job is of Microsoft SWE or a consultant in JP Morgan, sadly this is not true, even if you earn 1 cr in India with some job(very rare), it'll take 17 years to make 17 crores. THE people who are buying these flats are either those with traditional business - coal mining, contractors, liquor dealers, OR people with ton of inherited assets, people have no idea many communities in India inherit tons tons of gold from their ancestors like visit any typical rich wedding in jodhpur and the gold being given, OR the NRIs who earn in USD in new york, infact the builders of these apartments are in new york so they price the project according to USD only, that purchasing power thing is only a lie wake up. Sadly my generation will never see the truth. Or it is definitely some politicians, politicians are seen buying 200cr jet so this 17 cr is nothing.
Pathetic planning of the apartments, and seriously Its says 6400 sq ft, from the walk through given, the carpet area is not an inch more than 3500 sq ft...are they adding 3000 sq ft in super built up area for the forest in the backyard. And in 10 Cr you can get a 3 story Presidential Villa with basement in Sobha International Cty in Gurgaon also for 15 Cr you can get an average mid size farmhouse in Chattarpur. and 17 Cr for this apartment....this not only highly over priced, this is another way of white scamming. Not even a fool with 17 Cr will never invest in this.
