Grate advice . That was my mistake on my caddy I undid nut not all the way then ball joint poped out and then the ball joint was spinning. I now know leave joint in and pop shaft out to be abel to fully remove nut.. then knock joint out of hub .. learn something new eavery day I will do this next time to save messing around for hours trying to get a spinning ball joint off lol . I had no grinder.. I do now have one lol

@@AlexTheGrumpyOne can you let me know what bigger size tyres you were going to get. I want to change mine soon and lower it like your old one 😊

      I would go 235/45/18 personally

@@AlexTheGrumpyOne what’s your opinion of going 245/45/18. As I feel like the scirocco should have thicker tires? Would it effect anything else across the car?

That's pretty good size. I wanted to do that on mine 😀

Great video as always bud! Quick question was wondering, when you have the drive shaft out, should you put some CV grease on it before you put the drive shaft back into the hub or not? Also where did you get the part from for future reference? 🙂

      Thank you bud.
Yes you can put a little bit of grease on the driveshaft, I didn't really because I've sprayed maintenance grease all over when I was removing it.
Parts is from amazon or eurocarparts.
I can add a link soon.

A bit of regular grease or copper grease would do the job just fine
