I got this set a couple days ago for small repairs on my truck and car. Also, a socket set as well - same brand. I was kinda hoping that these wouldn't break on me the first time it's introduced to a real-world bolt or nut. Some wrenches work better when ya don't use em. I had a car like that one time. LoL. Thanx for doing the review - it's put my mind at ease.
I would be interested in seeing how those stand up to use. Can they handle a wrench extender? What if I smack one with a hammer to help loosen a fastener, etc? Normal things, not crazy abuse that is not replicating reality.
Any wrench could break if you smack it with a hammer. I have a sneaking suspicion these are made in the same factory as Sunex, not as well refined on fit and finish of course: but for 25 bucks what would you expect? They look good, it's a very good bang for the buck $
@taker52 no it won't, you will round it off! User abuser!..this set will do everything snap off will do except one thing...empty your savings account!
The wrenches are OK. The case is garbage. The latches require a large screwdriver to pry open. I ended up ripping the damn things off and throwing them in the garbage.
Even though the Harbor Freight Pittsburgh set is a 32 piece as well, it has different sizes and the stubby wrenches don't have a V-groove like these Hyper Tough ones.
@@TheSquanto21 I have never seen v-groove stubbies anywhere except for this set---it's an amazing feature at this price. They now sell just the stubbies, although none of our Walmarts seem to have them in stock.
e-bike wrenches 😃 thanks for the review
Hey I went and bought me a set and they are fantastic.

Awesome video! It is a pretty great set, isn't it? 😁🔧
Hypertough are awesome wrench sets and tools for the money.
No these wrenches are not good for the money and no they break easy on a ratcheting portion and they strip off bolts heads
@@taker52 ratcheting portion?
@@mattmgarza the box end will round shit off

It was for $20, used 20 percent off coupon. Now i got almost all sizes. Just a few jumbo sizes left. No hurry
Definitely a decent travel set.
India!?!! How does their steel compact to China or Taiwan?
Indian steel is the worst
Sunex tools are made in India and are considered professional grade.
@@danh2134your the worst😂
@@williamM-18 cry fool , everyone knows India makes the worst tools
