As an phonk artist, the other melodies are too far from phonk, they are called brazilian funk, and fluxxwave is not a funk (i forgot what genre it is) but i'm not here to start a war, i'm just telling facts btw keep up with making cool melodies ✌️

@wxkizxshi bro look, I hate the way phonk has come to as well, literally any song that gets popular on tiktok somehow gets called even though there’s literally no phonk elements in the song. But to get views on TH-cam you have to match with the people, and if I only use “real” phonk songs for this, not one person would be interested. I love real phonk but unfortunately I have to call pretty much everything phonk because that’s what people think of phonk nowadays… and yes, Spotifys playlist is ass but I make content based off what the people like

Often the samples already sound like that but sometimes I just add some eq or reverb to match the song
