    Hard disagree about the exercise quip. I'm a gym beast, you just don't want to strain too hard. Also take a zinc supplement.

    Want to support your point about the gym. I weight train three x a week. I noticed that the left hand side of my face below my mouth funny downward tram line. Botox lasted just weeks there. I stopped pursing my mouth as I breathed out and breath out through my nose instead. Not quite as perfect but the wavy down line is staying ‘gone’ my message is look at your face while you exercise if there’s a healthy alternative to a grimace it truly does keep the Botox longer.       Maybe in first 2 weeks of having it done best to avoid any downward dog type things but after that Yoga wouldnt be any worse than other types of excersize because it will have fully absorbed into your muscles by then so I think trying to frown will use it up quicker than excersize with body
