hey Brenda! just a curious question, if you're able to afford up to 2-3k a month on rent, why not just buy a private condo because loan repayment monthly for an average condo is also about 2-3k? then in that way you'll also have a house of your own and you can sell it eventually. hope this is not offensive, i genuinely am wondering why you prefer the rent route!
