That vertical concept is crazy, I would be really interested in trying something like that out. Reminds of me of guitar hero or something along those lines.
You could make that concept a reality if you invest in a 3D printer, or if you already got one maybe someone already has files for the vertical design to print out
ive found vertical kb position to actually work pretty well honestly i think that wouldve been pretty cool. it would also be interesting to have a place to tuck your thumb. a lot of speed/stamina players need that given their technique, and u cant do it on the uwu like on a keyboard with 2 or more rows/bigger chin with a "lip" to grab on to. Also could u please offer some heavier springs would be awesome like 70-80cN

They will remain with the L60. You are however able to purchase them seperately later from our store.

Hi guys can anyone suggest brass plate for wooting 60 , I can't find plate which fit normally
There aren't any on the market. You'd have to make a custom one yourself. We are however, working on a module with PC plate.

No news - The others are scrapped prototypes from before we settled on the UwU design.
Hey thanks for a video! I am a huge fan of wooting devices I own 60HE and I love it. Why not making foot switches too? I think once implemented correctly they will be sold like cakes and with your reputation you are the right company to do it.
Welcome to share more general information. I remember a few kickstarters around it but never ground breaking success, a niche in a niche so to say.

I would love that too, but Calder is still not convinced. But I will keep on trying. 😛
I don't think it makes sense to have a tactile switch on an analog switch that you can change the activation height on, even worse considering rapid trigger is an option

Will you be able to easily replace the switches yourself? If not, it's better to buy Momokai
idk if they thought about the long term, remember that analog switches have just been made so if they haven't it isn't really their fault
Also the momokai isn't an analog keypad, they aren't really competitors they just make the same product with a different use case
@@GerardLementec I just want to know if it's possible to change the switch in their equipment. Because I know from experience that they wear out and it is worth replacing them.
@@Monti_XXX their new lekker switch can withstand 100 million clicks , which is very big considering that most switches are between 30 to 50 million clicks. According to the wooting FAQ for the uwu i think it is possible to change to other switches tho you can't switch to normal switches, it days "The Wooting UwU has hall-sensors on the PCBA to detect the magnet inside the Lekker switch. Without the magnet it can’t detect the switch. At this time there are no other available brands with magnet switches that have the same construction. It is not possible to use any other technology switch (e.g. CherryMX) on the Wooting UwU."
You can swap the switches with other Lekker switches.

Its to small . In before people start gluing it to thir desk to stop it from moving. uears ago people had to mount or glue Numeric Keypads to a desk at work. and that has 17 keys. i think who ever useses the UwU will be pounding the keys alot faster and harder. how is it not going to move or jump around ?
Normal ones don't really move around, and the uwu has a sticky silicone base as well as the option for a brass base which gives it more weight, I wouldn't worry about it at all
don't agree with you about interconnecting, cause many players plays osu on laptop and it hasn't many usb ports like pc, so interconnecting could be a nice idea

i don't get it, if you can't spend 200 euro on a full keyboard, then how come you can spend 50 euro on three switches board
the cost per switch is astronomically higher, it's a pretty much purpose built device, you can't do anything else with it (or you can turn it into glorified macro pad ig), and why not buy a full mech kb knockoff for this 50 euro instead, if the implication is that you're poor and can't afford premium stuff then at least spend your money responsibly

I agree it's probably not for someone who can't afford a proper keyboard from them, I spent $105 on it after options and shipping, I don't want a wooting keyboard, I have a custom keyboard (because I prioritize typing experience and I don't play competitively).
I appreciate how the extra peripheral would look like on my desk as well as rapid trigger exclusively for osu!, the value isn't intrinsic with the amount of keys considering manufacturing costs, shipping, and extra business expenses.
It's a niche product that you have to justify on your use case, if you want something else on your desk, and if you want to support wooting as a company.
Making this before TKL version tilts me hard.

u can probably do that but might need to file the pcb down on the side holes to make clearance for both the side screws and o ring to fit
@@r_se yes you can use the bakeneko files, just modifying it a bit but am talking about stock from the factory, introducing this mounting style to more up front gamers
