Started sports, exercise, walking, martial arts yoga at the age of 18 years from college days, now continuing, not left, no smoking, good habits. Now 60 plus but look very healthy n fit. Having a fit looking body has nothing to do with how healthy you really are. Lots of body builders that have ruined their lives getting a fit looking body while their organs are slush. A lot of people have died trying to look healthy. You have to live a healthy life style with regular check ups, and blood work to keep up with the state of your health.
Facially Stallone certainly does not look thirty five years old but he is in amazing shape for a man his age. Far better than most retired top bodybuilders do at his age. Sure, he has had plastic surgery and more than likely chemical assistance, but to have a physique like that you still must workout hard and often and I am sure he does.
