The Japanese voice actor for Clouder/Doubledealer is the legendary Takeshi Kusao. He was the voice actor famous for Capricorn Shura of Saint Seiya, Trunks in Dragonball Z/Dragonball Super and the Slam Dunk protagonist Hanamichi Sakuragi.
Their sizes dont add up. If this guy is normally the size of twin, Optimus, then i would expect his super size would be like Ultra Magnus. That other robot with a different name cant be Fortress because that dude is huge and probably next in line with sizes, the second tallest compared to Unicron.
That's not Fortress. It's Grand. He's supposed to be way smaller in the anime. The toys did not reflect this because they used the same mold, but whatever.

It had me wondering if this Grand Maximus should not be a double headmaster like Fortress. So, there’s that. And I need to rewatch some of these and see if my conclusion is correct. But I also learned there’s also a Brave Maximus. They really like to screw things up.
That’s Grand Maximus. A lot of people mistook him for Fortress Maximus because of their identical appearances but different colour and both were voiced by same actor Ikuya Sawaki. Grand was actually Fortress’s younger brother. He was one of the diminutive bots who fled Cybertron during the wars along with Fortress, Chromedome and the other original headmasters to Planet Master where they gained their Headmaster capabilities. He wasn’t in TF Headmasters as he left Master and teamed up with Metalhawk and his group, thus learning the art of Pretender disguise making himself to look like a human. He only returned to Master after TF Headmasters and build his own Maximus battleship thus gaining big Head On capabilities. So Grand Maximus is both a double Headmaster like his brother Fortress and a Pretender.

The scaling in this show is awful, but Both ginrai and overlord were the size of The headmaster fortresses a few episodes ago when they were in space.
