    Hello Sir,
    Thank you for the great video. I have a question. Once I get my PR with EU blue card with 21 months and B1 level certificate. Can I go to another country such as Canada or Dubai to work there? I can make sure to visit Germany every 6 months, but is working in another country allowed?

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi,
      This is little tricky. Even I'm also not very sure with the correct answer. Please check with some legal consultant.
      In my opinion, once you start working in some non European country (for example Canada) then it will be challenging as well as difficult to hold onto your German PR.
      In case you find a legally correct answer for this somewhere, please share with the community here. Thanks

    After Germany pr which country can move

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  ปีที่แล้ว

      With German PR you can travel to any EU (European Union) country. Important thing to note here is that you cannot stay longer than 6 months outside Germany with German PR. You are not allowed to emigrate to other EU countries just based on German PR. You can only travel unrestrictedly.
      If someone has intention to work in other EU countries then they should aim for "EU long-term residency permit".
      I hope this helps.

      Hi Abhishek!
      I have been to Berlin 3-4 times but just as a Tourist. I live in west Germany. I do have one suggestion which can help you, please find a group on Facebook with the name "Indians in Berlin" or something similar to that. You'll find people in that group who have personal experience of living in Berlin and can guide you better. There must be even WhatsApp group/s with similar members.
      I hope it helps.

    Hi, I came across your video today, it is really good. I have one doubt and it would be very helpful if you could answer it. I have done Phd from IITD and have 3 years of work experience (Belgium and USA). I have now got Humboldt fellowship to do postdoc, can I get EU blue card for researchers? My fellowship is valid only for 2 years, can I get PR on the basis of that? Thank you.

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Isha,
      In my opinion you meet the criteria and might be eligible to apply for EU Blue Card for Researchers. I do not have personal experience of such a situation. But when I searched for information, I found this (shared below). My concern from the below shared eligibility criteria is that, it says that one should have 5 years of work experience.
      You can get an EU Blue Card for Research if you meet the following requirements:
      You are from one of the countries eligible for an EU Blue Card
      The research institution in which you will work is approved by the national authorities to host non-EU researchers
      You have at least a Master’s Degree or equivalent obtained from an educational institution in the EU or a recognized institution abroad
      You have at least 5 years’ work experience in your field
      You have a work contract or an offer for highly qualified employment in the EU for at least one year
      You meet the salary requirements for the EU country in which you want to work.
      For the EU Blue Card for Research, the salary should be 1.5 times higher than the national average in the country where you will work.
      For certain professions that are in shortage (mathematics, informatics, natural sciences, technology, medicine) the salary can be 1.2 times the national average.
      --
      Once you have a blue card, you should be eligible to apply for PR in 21 months if you get a German B1 Level language certificate by then.
      I wish I could help you with additional information here. But due to lack of personal experience of such situation, I've limited knowledge for this question.
      ----
      If I were you, I would still verify the above information at different platforms or check directly at immigration office.
      I hope this information helps somewhat.

      @AjayBamel  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is not mandatory to have a bachelor degree for finding a job here. But it certainly helps to find a better job.
      For bluecard it is mandatory to have a degree that is recognized in Germany.

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Germany generally gives PR after 5 years. But in case you get Blue Card here, you can get PR after 21-33 months (depending upon if you have B1 Level German Language certificate). I don't think you'll need to return back after 4 years, as long as you're working here, living responsibly and paying taxes.

    After masters course without proficient in german language.plz honestly reply.❤️
    How many years experience require to get enough salary.

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      After Masters degree not everyone gets 56,000€ as starting salary. Especially for an entry level job profile. For many people it takes 2-3 years of additional work experience.
      It entirely depends on the job profile and field of work. If someone is able to find a job at a mid level position they might expect this much salary or above.

      Sure. Please thoda detail mein bataayein ki kis tarah ki jankaari chahiye aapko?
      In my opinion, A1 course is very very basic, hardly of any practical use. By B1 course, one can start framing basic sentences, start understanding basic German, and can use this knowledge practically for speaking and writing.
      Agar aapko kuch specific jankari chahiye, to please bataayein.

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      As far as I know these 21 months are those months when that person is paying taxes with blue card. So for a student as well, 21 months should be counted from the date s/he starts paying taxes and has got a blue card.

      Students ko blue card nahi milta. Agar wo apni education complete hone ke baad yahaan kaam karein aur salary blue card range mein ho to blue card ke liye apply kar sakte hain.

    How can get work permit on tourist visa in Germany from India

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! As far as I know one cannot get work permit on tourist visa.
      Some people come here on tourist visa for interviews, go back to India, apply for work permit once job is confirmed. But I've not seen someone staying in Germany on tourist visa and converting it to work permit from here itself.
      If that's allowed it might become a loophole in immigration policy. You can still check online if something like this is allowed lately.

    Hi Ajay, Many thanks for the video. Please list down the steps to get the PR after 21 months.

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Vishal,
      1. if you've already B1 certificate and have worked for 21 months. Then a few months before reaching 21 months time one can request to book an appointment. 21 months social contribution, i.e. working for at least 21 months is important but one can still apply for PR appointment, a few months in advance. Appointment would be given only after 21 months employment period
      2. Depending upon city, it takes 2-5 months waiting time to get an appointment. Appointment would be given accordingly but not before 21 months for sure.
      3. Documents needed during application: -Valid passport, together with your EU Blue Card
      1 latest biometric photo
      Proof of income
      contract of employment
      current certificate issued by the employer (not older than 14 days) and
      salary statements for the last 6 months
      Lease or proof of home ownership
      Proofs of living space and of monthly rent or cost of housing of own property (house or apartment) have to be supplied
      Old-age provision (Rentenversicherung Office)
      You must have paid contributions to the statutory Pension Fund for the duration of your employment (33 or 21 months)
      Health insurance
      Proof of main residence in Germany
      (I would still recommend PLEASE check website for exact documents)
      After that, process is smooth in general if all correct documents are there. They might also check language skills by speaking little German during appointment. Based on experiences I have heard these appointments last around 10 minutes. Most of the verification and other tasks are done in time window of applying for PR and PR appointment date. Hope this information helps.
      PS: I'm not legal advisor. Please do not rely on just this information and refer to official websites and check with local office as well.
      Best wishes!

      @@AjayBamel thanks Ajay for your quick reply and sharing the necessities info. What does the below points means. Request you answer the below questions :- 1) Current certificate issued by the employer ( not older than 14 days ). 2) How and where to to apply for Rentenversicherung.

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Check with your employer if they need to issue a certificate, otherwise employment contract would suffice.
      2. Every city has Rentenversicherung Büro and from there you would get document that says you've contributed to social securities during employment. It is needed for PR to prove that you were contributing regularly during your Bluecard tenure of 21 months

      @@AjayBamel thanks once again for your inputs. I will try to find that social security office in Dusseldorf. I have one more imp query that how can I calculate my 21 months of stay in Germany. I came to Germany on 27th October 2019 but I got the blue card appointment after 2+ months. ie on 17th January 2020. So issue date on my blue card is 17th January 2020. So applying for PR 21 months will start on which date. ..can you pls guide me on this too.

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No problem. Happy to help.
      In Düsseldorf, Rentenversicherung Office is at Königsallee 71
      As far as I know your date should start from January 2020 in this case. But I would still suggest to confirm at local office in case they changed anything..

    Bhaiya can't our parents migrate to Germany with us?

    • @AjayBamel
      @AjayBamel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If by that you mean parents migrating permanently to Germany? Unfortunately that is not possible right now. .
      Many Indians are demanding for this. But currently there is no such easy/straight way that parents can move with us. Generally, parents can stay a maximum of 90 days in 180 days and in total 180 days in a year, where 90 days of cooling period is mandatory after 90 days of stay in Germany.
      I wish like many others that this changes for good in the near future.

      Tourist visa bhi option hai, lekin us case mein aapko 90 din baad waapas India jana hoga. Agar yahaan husband ke sath rehne ka plan hai to family reunion visa ki kaushish kare.
