    How do you build traps with calisthenics?

    • @Asadc1995
      @Asadc1995 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Handstands if we talk about upper traps

      There are so many exercises that help build the traps and yes, handstand training is definitely one of them! Additionally pushups, dips and pullups are great calisthenics exercises and then we are big believers in using weights as well as an addition to your bodyweight training (shrugs, rows, deadlifts, etc).

      Bodyweight rows with Olympic rings are awesome for traps.

    The Kreatin thing is very interesting. I took it for 3 years. It was a nobrainer for me - it makes you stronger. So just three months ago i stopped taking it. I lost 2,5kg and my relative strength actually got better in most regions. Absolut strength went down a bit but not much. So just some personal input. The effect of kreatin is insanly individual.

      True, true! Just like everything, right? Every BODY is different :)

      We 100% agree with you. Nutrition, supplements and training are all incredibly individual. What works for one person may not work for another.
