Nice home for someone. Personally, not a fan of all that wood in my home. When a Real estate agent neglects to show the neighborhood and views, I know the home isn't built on a prime lot.
You didn't say what the purpose of the giant marble slab was. Is it a place to put out a buffet? The pendant lights above it seem to have orange bulbs, like heat lamps would.

I have seen other models with the same thing, kinda weird… but I guess it is an extension of the counter.
