@@Necessarius for kiara and translators. she also knows theres quite a number of overseas viewers who do understand some sort of japanese although they may not be fluent. as good as kiara is shes not a native speaker and on talk shows like this is courtesy to talk slower because youre there specifically to communicate

Unfortunately missed this live, but nonetheless a fantastic stream. As another comment said, the whole concept of HoloTalk is so cool! It allows us overseas fans to get to know the HoloLive members even if a language barrier exists between us. I particularly felt that it was so wholesome hearing Fubuki talk about how much she appreciates the EN fans regardless of if we watch her or one of the other members, and about how she approached Kiara for English lessons to connect to EN fans more during her streams. That level of effort to grow the HoloLive community is just admirable. The work ethic/amount of effort she puts into HoloLive is also so inspiring. I used to struggle a lot with procrastination issues especially on important work, and even though I've managed to get it under control the last couple of years its still incredibly inspiring to see someone working that hard on something they truly care about. Hearing how much HoloLive means to her is also pretty inspiring, you can absolutely tell it means the world to her from the way she described it, and that level of care goes such a long way in providing those special, wholesome good vibes environments that this family delivers to us all on a daily basis. Lastly Fubuki really does seem like a talented voice actress! Even though we didn't get to hear too much, the talent was very evident :) Subbing to Fubuki's channel now, and the more & more appreciation for the growth of HoloLives popularity overseas from the members is REALLY making me want to put an effort in to finally learn some Japanese.
The most successful Vtubers always have that one “thing” that defines and expands their exposure. I’m thinking this is definitely it for Kiara. Same thing in the line of asacoco/meme reviews, chaotic cooking, lewd asmr (RIP), rap songs to name a few examples. The thing is that with her fluency in JP and ability to connect with people, we could potentially see guest from other companies and even independents guesting as well. Holotalk was such a great idea, I love watching even if I couldn't catch it live. I'm glad this episode got +30 minutes, it gave us more time to have fun after the batch of questions and gave Kiara more breathing room to translate. This Holotalk show is such a great idea. One senpai that I really want her to interview is Sora chan. It will be a huge feat if she manage to have her in the show. And it gives an opportunity for Sora chan to open up more to the overseas viewers. I feel as if she's unable to connect as free as the other holo girls so the show might be an opening for it. But I am not sure how likely that can happen.

Because i can't speak japanese well, everytime i watch her live streaming i can only understand a little bit of it, like "Oh, she's like this game. I like it too." that's turn to "So, what she's like about this game, again? I don't get it" quickly. To be honest, i've fallen to this rabbit hole because of those clipper, the one that Fbk and Matsuri playing PT, wherein that video Fbk just whimpering like-a-fox and Matsuri turns into 144p vtuber. That video really drag me down to exploring the hololive lore. Very nice episode. I definitely think there should always be some segments like the love confession scene to break up rhythm and it's not just question after question. Maybe always do some kind of mini game or challenge with the guest?
After watching the Vtuber Doki Doki Lines Contest , personally i feel it was a bit of a missed opportunity to ask her to act on the Day Before Marriage as well , because that one was also so fucking incredible , and it's also the one where she got full 10 points from each of the four judges ! Unfortunately missed this live, but nonetheless a fantastic stream. As another comment said, the whole concept of HoloTalk is so cool! It allows us overseas fans to get to know the HoloLive members even if a language barrier exists between us.
I particularly felt that it was so wholesome hearing Fubuki talk about how much she appreciates the EN fans regardless of if we watch her or one of the other members, and about how she approached Kiara for English lessons to connect to EN fans more during her streams. That level of effort to grow the HoloLive community is just admirable.
The work ethic/amount of effort she puts into HoloLive is also so inspiring. I used to struggle a lot with procrastination issues especially on important work, and even though I've managed to get it under control the last couple of years its still incredibly inspiring to see someone working that hard on something they truly care about.
Hearing how much HoloLive means to her is also pretty inspiring, you can absolutely tell it means the world to her from the way she described it, and that level of care goes such a long way in providing those special, wholesome good vibes environments that this family delivers to us all on a daily basis.
Lastly Fubuki really does seem like a talented voice actress! Even though we didn't get to hear too much, the talent was very evident :)
Subbing to Fubuki's channel now, and the more & more appreciation for the growth of HoloLives popularity overseas from the members is REALLY making me want to put an effort in to finally learn some Japanese.

Honestly, the idea of holotalk is very very clever... The overseas fans/viewers get to know more about Vtubers. Love it, keep it up Tenchou!
The most successful Vtubers always have that one “thing” that defines and expands their exposure. I’m thinking this is definitely it for Kiara. Same thing in the line of asacoco/meme reviews, chaotic cooking, lewd asmr (RIP), rap songs to name a few examples. The thing is that with her fluency in JP and ability to connect with people, we could potentially see guest from other companies and even independents guesting as well. This is some exciting times everyone.

Holotalk was such a great idea, I love watching even if I couldn't catch it live. I'm glad this episode got +30 minutes, it gave us more time to have fun after the batch of questions and gave Kiara more breathing room to translate. The banter and joking around is what makes Hololive special after all, so I'm hoping this longer format is here to stay. Also hoping we get more silly segments like the confession scene!

This Holotalk show is such a great idea. One senpai that I really want her to interview is Sora chan. It will be a huge feat if she manage to have her in the show. And it gives an opportunity for Sora chan to open up more to the overseas viewers. I feel as if she's unable to connect as free as the other holo girls so the show might be an opening for it. But I am not sure how likely that can happen.

Because i can't speak japanese well, everytime i watch her live streaming i can only understand a little bit of it, like "Oh, she's like this game. I like it too." that's turn to "So, what she's like about this game, again? I don't get it" quickly.
To be honest, i've fallen to this rabbit hole because of those clipper, the one that Fbk and Matsuri playing PT, wherein that video Fbk just whimpering like-a-fox and Matsuri turns into 144p vtuber. That video really drag me down to exploring the hololive lore.
I hope that in the future, clipper and Cover Corp could join force to translate those archived streaming so that this fanbase could grow even faster than ever before.
