Loved how you sum up most of our corporate lives in this 3.24 minutes video. Our mental health and recovery needs to be a top priority not something to be ashamed about as it impacts everything that we do. I'll be sharing this to others going through the same situation. Thanks for creating this.
Freytag’s Dramatic Structure of “BURN OUT” by Pichaya Laphwilai Exposition : A workaholic girl who does her job in the office where she works while drinking a glass of coffee. Initial Accident : During recess this girl received many tasks from her boss, even though the other tasks had not been completed. Rising Action : This girl received back a lot of work from her boss when her working hours were over. this caused him to not eat and drink only coffee. Climax : Until the morning this girl continued to work, because from yesterday she had not had time to eat, her body was weak and passed out in her own seat. Falling action : This girl is lying in the hospital, she opens her cellphone and remembers that she always motivates herself to work hard tirelessly. Resolution : This girl changed her view that she had to work hard tirelessly, because everything had to be a balance between prioritizing herself and her work, besides that she also had to spend time for her family. Denouement : This girl gathers with her family to eat together, spend her days at home and plant flowers. He tries to recharge his energy so that when he works he is full of energy and doesn't forget to prioritize his own health.
In the first month it’s manageable, but with time there’s less and less free time in a calendar, working hours starting to displace free time, and even tighter the sleep schedule. “5 hours of sleep is enough, I can do this!”, I thought. No one can, no one should
The animation audience are so cruel they watched but haven't interacted any like sub or comment why ??? That's how a creator die after working so hard on an animation project .
Hello, I am planning a project for mental health week 2024 and I want to present this film to my coworker at my job to animate an action. Can I use your short film? Thank you very much !
Este video deberia ir dirigido a los jefes, porque la mayoria de veces, ellos provocan el Burn out por las cargas de trabajo, por eso me da risa cuando quieren hablar de empatia 😅😅
