      Morning wake up at 6am drink 1 liter of water , then wash room activities, then exercise and jogging for 1hour ie from 6:30 to 7:30. Then after 15 to 20 min gap drink 1 liter of water..! After 15 min gap drink vegetables juice ie some around 8:10am ..! At 8:30 am take sprouts as breakfast...,then drink 1liter of water From 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, at 1pm take 2 pulkas with dal ..! Then drink 1 to 2 liters of water from 3pm to 5:30pm , then at sharp 6pm take fruits as dinner like, 1 orange, 1banana, watermelon pieces, papaya pieces, muskmelon pieces, 1 guava..!
      Instead of banana you can replace with 4 to 5 sapotas, or 5 to 6 pieces of panasa..!
      Above is my success secret for weight reduction..!
