Those beautiful antiques rotting breaks my heart. I don't understand why the Historical Society doesn't go in there and get those for display in a museum. Thank you for bringing all of these forgotten treasures to us.
I completely agree-it’s heartbreaking to see such beautiful antiques left to decay. Unfortunately, the Historical Society often faces challenges like funding, permissions, or logistical issues, which can make it difficult for them to intervene in time. I wish more of these forgotten pieces could find their way into museums where they could be preserved and appreciated. Thank you for watching and for appreciating the treasures these places hold!
Me too !! As a kid I was around a lot of antiques ( the 60’s -80’s ) I can understand why people are upset with antiques left behind - some children of antique dealers just don’t like them - but I can’t understand why they didn’t have someone come in an appraise and just sell it all - so people who love them can have them ! This is one of the BEST Mansions you have covered. Beautiful Architectural designs & Beautiful Antiques. The rooms were really well decorated. She really loved her dolls. She had her own room to display them. It's sad to see them just sitting there deteriorating. Appreciate you showing all the beauty of years gone by. Thank you Jeremy.
Thank you so much! I agree-this mansion is truly one of the most stunning places I’ve explored, from the architecture to the antiques. It’s clear she had a deep love for her dolls, and it’s heartbreaking to see them slowly deteriorating. I’m really glad you appreciated the beauty of this place as much as I did, and I’m grateful for your kind words. Thanks for watching and joining me on this journey!
This absolutely the best old mansion I’ve ever seen. Thank you for your exploration. I think most of the dolls shown are Madam Alexander dolls. Not sure if they still make them but they’re so beautiful. Thanks again. ❤
Hey Jeremy, Tampa here. WOW...what a great video on this old mansion. Its sad that all was just left as is and really means nothing to anyone except who it belonged too. I still have my grandmothers original Singer,. along with the instructions on how to replace the cord to the foot peddle and the oil can. Truly a beautiful piece. The painting on the sides of the machine itself, still perfect. I will never part with this. She lived in Massachusetts, and it was amazing to see her artifacts collected over her years. Thanks for sharing this home, another great video. It's also sad that the state doesn't take over and create a museum. It will probably be torn down and condos built in its place.
Jeremy each of your videos out shines the one before! You not only show us the house but you tell its story. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this one. I’m into genealogy and I’ve just recently traced some lines back to English Sirs, Lady’s and Barons with one line actually going up to the King. So all the antiques are really special to see and so sad that all that history is just rotting away. Keep doing what you are doing!
Thank you so much! It’s awesome to hear that you enjoyed this one, especially with your interest in genealogy-it’s incredible to trace your lineage back to English royalty! I totally agree, it’s sad to see all that history just rotting away. I’m glad I could show you these antiques and share the story behind them. Thanks for the support, and I’ll definitely keep doing what I love!
So happy to know that this incredible home is restored!! For once my sadness turned to joy at the end of an exploration video!! I cant imagine living in such a stunning place. Thank you for sharing this video. Your narration is always the best!!
Jeremy: Watching this video humbles me, because it shows our lives are so short on this earth, all we have, had, or will have or just empty. We own nothing, we cannot take it with us. We have loves ones where we depend on live with us, then pass on. It hurts to the core to see everything they put together while living in this beautiful home. I was very pleased to hear the family took it over and renewed they home. Thank you for bringing this to us. The bullets you found are 45 cal. used in a 45 handgun and the submachine gun, WW2 vintage.
I watch these videos of abandoned homes every night. I find them relaxing before bed. I saw this tour by “Big Banks”. You did such a better job. I’m officially a convert to your channel. Bravo! 👏🏼
My heart felt immediate releif for all those magical antiques left behind to rot in accidental museum. This is simply one of the best exploration videos ive seen in a while. This video really highlighted for me why i love antique decor and furniture so much. Its not the price or how old it is, its the ornate one of a kind originality that was so easily lost in the manufactured era in the 80s and onward. Fitting in was still popular however our furniture and decor is where we showed our interests, favorite colors, and favorite styles. Growing up in the greens and browns of the 2000s really makes me appreciate the colors in which we used to use to color old homes . Its also WILD to me that only a few people would live in this GIANT house and how that was really kinda common once the kids moved out.
@@PaintedDinoCreations I would like to see that also because I really don't believe it was restored. That house would cost a boat load of money to restore and most of the house would have to be replaced leaving not much of the old house. As sad as it is that is a tear down, not even close to being something to restore.
Best News all Day! The house was restored!! 🎉 Such a beautiful piece of history. Hope you can go back and they will let you show it again in all its glory!
I love that you respect and cherish these places. I would not be subbed of you were reckless and flippant about it. I think it comes down to the fact that these places you explore were once the most intimate places for people: their home. And they deserve the wonder and carefulness you give them.
Hands down the best abandoned mansion video I’ve ever seen. And to hear they restored it made me feel so happy!!! What an amazing home!!! I loved how all the rooms connected in odd ways upstairs, it’s just magical
Couldn’t be a better ending/beginning of a NEW CHAPTER for this incredible find … One that MANY of us that watch these explorations hope for. …. Thanks for sharing and following up to let US know THIS ONE WILL BE SAVED and HAS BEEN RENOVATED……. By EXTENDED FAMILY 👏🏿👍🏿
I also loved playing with dolls when I was little. The mother of this house was really obsessed with dolls. I have a passion for old houses and I am obsessed with these kinds of videos, so thank you. My obsession began with this recurring dream about this huge old white mansion I was viewing with the aim of purchasing it. So now, I find myself watching these types of videos, hoping against all hopes that I will see this house that haunts my dreams. I don't know the meaning of this dream, but who knows? Maybe I'm a returning spirit and my former life's home is hidden in some woods somewhere 😮❤❤❤❤ Those mirrors are really beautiful
I especially loved the mirrors as well. I also have a house I repeatedly dream of in great detail. Turns out my husband has dreamed of the same house. We can both describe it and the surrounding landscape. We haven't found it yet, but will recognize it if we do. Maybe we li Ed a different lifetime there?
@@desertpagan2020 I believe that too. Maybe these are our memories from our previous lives. I believe that God erases most of our memories before allowing us to come to this world so that we won't be too distracted about our perfect home, heaven, but little by little, we get some of them back in the form of dreams. Maybe they're messages from God. Who knows? ❤ 💙 💜 💖 💗
Jeremy! You remind me so much of my nephew! God bless your soul, I can't imagine what your child hood was like but you are loved! You have such a child like curiosty and feel the hearts of the people that used to live in these places. I live in a house built in 1951 that can tell you a lot, and has rooms similar to those of what you have seen. I grew up around high ceilings, double french doors and crystal door knobs and antique green paint. I know the feeling but you are still impressionable which is tenderly sweet! You marvel as a child we enjoy your tours and I wish you all the blessings life has to offer you! God bless you!
What an amazing beauty! This has got to be my fave thus far, and you have shown us so many amazing places! Thank you for the wonderful attention to detail and appreciation for the architecture & antiques. Defo will give this another watch.
Thank you so much! I’m really glad this one is your favorite-it truly is a beautiful place with so much history and detail to appreciate. I always try to give attention to the architecture and antiques that make these homes so special, so I’m happy you noticed! Thanks for watching, and I’m honored you’re going to give it another watch. I myself would have a very hard time leaving all the beautiful dolls, doll church, artifacts, army artifacts. Once again you made me feel like I was walking beside you while going through the house. At the end when you said that it had been restored back to what it once was it blew my mind. Thank you Once again
Hey! Thanks so much for the love from Nashville! I really appreciate you watching and supporting the channel. It means a lot to hear that you enjoy the videos-it’s hard work, but totally worth it. Thanks again for being part of the journey!
I am so thankful that beautiful home was restored back to its glorious self instead of decaying and demolished!!! Such a happy ending! Thank you for sharing!❤
Wow, I also am in love with this house. Jeremy, you flawlessly present every exploration. I am always blown away by your videos. You honestly need a TV 📺 show. I always watch all your videos more than once as you pack so much into each one. I can’t believe the amount of gorgeous antiques in this house. I’ve said it before but I love the way you are so respectful of the contents and the houses themselves. Your voice is beautiful. You Jeremy are amazing. When you were upstairs the birds singing outside was glorious. The bathrooms were my favorite rooms, unbelievable and beautiful. I had that same white stove in the upstairs kitchen when I was raising my eldest son who is 48 years old now. Best stove I have ever had! Couldn’t believe it when I saw it. Thank you again Jeremy, when you post a video it always makes my day happier and enriched. I send you love Jeremy from B. C. Canada 🇨🇦 ♥️ God Bless you always.
I’m thrilled to know the house was fully restored. It is a beautiful house! It’s wonderful to think that another family is creating their own memories in the home. I don’t think the one piece is a gun cabinet although it could be different from the ones my husband has. They have a a little row of brackets at the top lines in felt for the gun barrel to rest in so they stay securely in place and won’t slide in to the other guns. At least a cabinet for long guns. Maybe it’s for handguns but I didn’t see any brackets to hold those, either. I think the little musical instrument on the dining room fireplace may be a dulcimer, and the big piece also in the dining room containing table linens was a “linen press”. Maybe a Jackson press, but I have no clue about that. Enjoyed this so much!
Wow! I couldn't get over this house. I was in AWWW the entire time, my eyes watered up, for real! Something tells me they had a crapload of custom furnishings brought into home back in it's prime. Maybe shipped from overseas. So many memories, keepsakes, just yelling 'family home' and it is such a shame to see it all laying there to literally rot. The amount of ORIGINAL items is ASTOUNDING!! Thank you so much for this astonishing tour, that without you, I would otherwise never, ever, see such a gem! Happy exploring and stay safe. Sending love from Canada !
Fascinating front entrance way...don't know how to describe it...never saw one like it...with the galley area above...incredible chandelier...classy and grand...
I know exactly what you mean! That front entrance is definitely one of a kind, especially with the galley area above-such a unique design. And that chandelier? Absolutely stunning! The whole setup really gives the place such a grand, classy vibe. Glad you found it as fascinating as I did!
I know it’s frowned upon, but part of me wishes you’d have taken that pearl inlay chair to save it from the decay. One of the more beautiful pieces I’ve ever seen
This one makes me so sad. I just wanna go back in time, rewind. The doll house with all the mirrors, absolutely breathtaking. One of my favorites of your explorations! ❤
What a wonderful video! Thank you for sharing your experience. I was almost in tears. I have 7 dollhouses. Some I have built and some I have restored. Nothing as grand as that church, however. I understand that woman's passion, even if mine is all in miniature for dollhouses and I build some of the furniture and food for scenes, too. Loved this.
To simply walk away from all the beautiful antiques exemplifies how our true treasures are within. I love the smoking room absolutely amazing. The entire estate is so awesome.
Great video again! These always leaves me thinking of when I’m no longer here. All our worldly belongings we so cherish need to enjoyed today. There’s no better time than now because when we are gone everything turns to dust.
Such a wonderful house That huge doll house was amazing SO VERY THRILLED this beautiful house has been restored to its former glory That is absolutely fabulous Thank you so much for the tour. You always do such amazing job and research love your videos
I wish all those beautiful items could have the chance to be preserved in a museum instead of being left there forgotten and unloved. So pleased you are showing us these historical pieces! Thank you 😊
This is absolutely the best mansion video! The house is soo beautiful and the way you describe everything and tell the story of these places is just . . . perfection. You're so respectful and the way you see the beauty in everything is amazing. I could listen to you 24/7 lol. ❤
What a phenomenal mansion. So sad they are just forgotten like that. You can only imagine the laughter, children playing, dinners and life that existed there.
So happy to hear the family reclaimed it all. So much beauty, so much history, mystery and charm. I would love to see it now but glad I found your video. Thanks for being so respectful and gentle. These old houses do have feelings and memories. Incredible.
Wow I love the fact that you've ended this with its final restoration Well, it puts my mind at ease. These beautiful treasures are not lost forever to trash Thank goodness for the family coming in and restoring this place. I wish I could see it today.
Such beauty left to decay and nature reclaims it all. So sad to see all these things left to rot. Only you Jeremy can bring things back to life. I could sit endlessly, listening to you tell its history. Thank you for such precious content.
Wow! So many beautiful antiques. I bet it was gorgeous before it got looted and decayed. The fretwork, light fixtures, fireplaces, stained glass, and panel work in the hallways are just beautiful.😍 Crazy that it was left behind and forgotten like that especially in Nashville. I used to live near Chattanooga, Tn. Thrilled to hear its been restored! Yay! Wish you were able to film an after episode.
You have mastered the art of showing the viewer your admiration and respect for history and beautiful antiques. Your voice is truly mesmerizing. Im not one to cry, but you brought me to tears- happy to see you again, and haunted by the thought that all we hold dear is forgotten and not as important as we deem it to be. By far the most amazing exploration to date. This one has a happy ending that warms my heart, it has been restored to its original glory. Great job, @JeremyXplores
It's as if the house and its objects asked to be touched, admired. There was a moment when you touched a crystal chandelier and the sound seemed like a smile for a touch of life. Thank you.

That was crazy good Jeremy, especially because there’s a perfect ending! Beautiful chandeliers & all that furniture, wow. I loved that chair with the opal inlay. Plus all the stained glass windows & the huge lead glass one. WOW again! Glad to see you & this is definitely at the very top of your explores. Take care
Though i love watching what you do, i know i could never handle it, the emotional drain i would have from feeling all the love and loss that each house holds. Thank you again.
Thank you for your kind words. I have to admit, this journey does weigh on me deeply at times. Walking through these forgotten spaces, I feel the love and the loss imprinted in every corner. It’s overwhelming, almost too much to bear at moments. And yet, I feel a responsibility to bring these stories to light… to give them a voice. If not me, then who? I’ve experienced my own share of loss, and in some ways, exploring these places helps me heal, like finding pieces of myself in the stories left behind. But it’s a double-edged sword- while these stories offer moments of healing, they also remind me of the love I’ve lost. It’s a deeply personal journey, one I carry with me in every exploration. Thanks for your comment. It really struck a chord with me
Sorry i didn't mean to sound flippant with that comment about refrigerators, unfortunately i seem to use humor when my feelings start getting too deep, and my feelings at that time i was feeling too much, i apologize.
My mouth dropped when you said that the house was completely restored! Thank goodness!! What a gift for the family, to have that beautiful house again with all those beautiful antiques! And I wonder what they did with all the dolls--probably kept them on display. My paternal grandmother collected dolls and even made their clothing. Whenever we would go and visit, her home would be filled with those dolls and access clothing that she made for them. I am honestly not sure what my parents did with them after Grandma passed. Anyway, thanks for sharing this exploration with us! Edit: My mom told me that they got rid of Grandma's dolls, maybe sold them, except for two or three of her favorite ones, but she kept pictures of all her dolls, and she said that it felt like Grandma was looking over her shoulder as she was organizing the picture digitally ❤

Thank you so much! I’m really glad you enjoyed this one-it’s definitely one of my favorite finds too. There’s just something special about places like this that hold so much history and character. I appreciate you watching and being a part of this journey with me!
This beautiful home has good energy. A lot of love and happiness within its walls over the years. You can feel it. 😊
Happy to get the notification of a new explore. You have been missed.
One of the most beautiful homes I've seen. Very glad to know that it has been restored.
Bravo! 👏🏼
I wonder if the family would let you in for a tour of the remodeled house??
Is there anyway to see the restoration or learn more about thos peice of history
The light fixtures are the best.❤
@susanholbrook4185 such a magical forgotten art
@@PaintedDinoCreations I would like to see that also because I really don't believe it was restored. That house would cost a boat load of money to restore and most of the house would have to be replaced leaving not much of the old house. As sad as it is that is a tear down, not even close to being something to restore.
Best News all Day! The house was restored!! 🎉
Such a beautiful piece of history.
Every single thing in that house is worth a fortune to someone. It makes you think about how all the things we acquire can’t be taken with us
So happy you posted a video. Love listening to the story of this beautiful old house. You make it beautiful and better ❤
Maybe I'm a returning spirit and my former life's home is hidden in some woods somewhere 😮❤❤❤❤
Those mirrors are really beautiful
I take this comfort when thinking about her, she lived a happy life, doing what she really loved 😍 ❤ 💖
Means a lot!
I myself would have a very hard time leaving all the beautiful dolls, doll church, artifacts, army artifacts. Once again you made me feel like I was walking beside you while going through the house. At the end when you said that it had been restored back to what it once was it blew my mind. Thank you Once again
I love the stained glass windows, imagine the beauty of the shadows when the sun shines through, Thankyou🐈⬛❤️
Hey from Nashville Tn. Thank you for your hard work posting videos for us. I enjoy them
I just wanted to say... Thank you so much for the amazing video. I do appreciate it.⚘️🌻😊
All of those Madam Alexader dolls are definitely valuable. That church needs to go to a museum or back to the original church!!!!! WOW
Were can you find the info. about whats happened to this awesome place?
That little door in the wall upstairs, is called a Dumbwaiter. A small elevator used to transport food or meals upstairs, by kitchen staff and such.
Wow...truly truly wonderous...the furniture and antiques are superb...
I know it’s frowned upon, but part of me wishes you’d have taken that pearl inlay chair to save it from the decay. One of the more beautiful pieces I’ve ever seen
Im so glad this beautiful home was restored and not torn down. I hope the antiques that could be rescued found a new home. Great video.
Wow, the best mansion you ever explored!!!
Just fabulous.
Thanks Jeremy
Ciao ❤
This one makes me so sad. I just wanna go back in time, rewind. The doll house with all the mirrors, absolutely breathtaking. One of my favorites of your explorations! ❤
Looks outstanding from the outside 💯👦🏼
1970's. Velvet wallpaper
The chandeliers in these rooms, especially in the bedrooms, are incredible.
What a gorgeous mansion & beautiful property! It’s heartbreaking to see the home & antiques rotting away! What a gem of a home & video! ❤️👍👍🤘
Great video again! These always leaves me thinking of when I’m no longer here. All our worldly belongings we so cherish need to enjoyed today. There’s no better time than now because when we are gone everything turns to dust.
It would be awesome to see an after photo once they restored the house back, which is rare to restore it must have cost a fortune.
Such a wonderful house
That huge doll house was amazing
SO VERY THRILLED this beautiful house has been restored to its former glory
That is absolutely fabulous
Thank you so much for the tour.
Jeremy, I just love your voice and how you narrate these places. You're amazingly talented. Look forward to the next video.
Thank you for not disturbing the contents of homes, you’re very respectful of not just the house but also the deceased.❤️
This is by far my favorite abandoned mansion!!! 🥰🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Very very happy to see a new tour thank you so much
I am glad Family is restoring the home. Thank you for letting people see what you saw.
My favorite kind of exploring...With the full history and PERFECT filming, natural sounds💯...everything perfect💯...Highly Satisfying💯...This is gonna be one of my favourite channels...Keep it up bro!!🤓😇😇🤟👍
I can't understand why this place was not put on a Historical society, a museum. It's a sin so sad to see it left to rot.
This is the most amazing time capsule. Great job exploring. The antiques and dolls all truly a treasure. Thank you for sharing.
im a big fan
i love how your tone is calm while telling the stories and showing us the places.
its so cool how you can find these sorta houses thats basically still in touch.
Amazing. Love this one. So happy to see you back.
This was such a beautiful home. I loved the windows and antiques you showed inside. Thank you for sharing and letting us know it has been saved. Again, let me know if you make it out my way.
Amazing! I'm so glad someone else bought the house thank God.
Thank you.
Such beautiful explore! The care and time you take in doing research on these abandoned homes is such a gift to the viewers.
YAY, Jeremy!! So happy to see you. Excellent show as always.🥰
The huge mirror and the chandelier in the deteriorated room is gorgeous
refreshing indeed to discover an informed, perceptive and entirely romantic (in the aesthetic sense) explorer of the forlorn & abandoned
So glad they’ve restored it! So beautiful!!
What a gorgeous home, so sad that all those beautiful antiques have been left there to decay. That huge doll house with the wedding going on was spectacular. Thank you Jeremy best Mansion ever. Love your work, welcome back😊
That was crazy good Jeremy, especially because there’s a perfect ending!
It really struck a chord with me
@@JeremyXplores My pleasure, now let's go look in that refrigerator! 🙂 referencing all the refrigerators you have looked in.
Sorry i didn't mean to sound flippant with that comment about refrigerators, unfortunately i seem to use humor when my feelings start getting too deep, and my feelings at that time i was feeling too much, i apologize.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful home. The craftsmanship is unbelievable.
Great explore man. Glad to have found your channel n look forward to seeing more from you
Hi Jeremy! I was working.. so happy to see you back!!!!
Absolutely marvellous house, I can feel the good vibes in this house,I love the architecture and furnitures. Thank you very much for the visit. ❤❤❤
