An actual plug-in idea would be a notification a certain amount of xp before a level for content creators who always miss levels. Like whatever you set it to you will give a red screen flash or something(or the screaming goat sound). Then they won't have any excuse when they miss levels.

I know there is one that allows you to mute them all together, but I'd like to be able to turn some up, and some down. The reason I want this for myself would be at the gauntlet, I'd like to be able to turn up the sound of the hunlefffs prayer switches because they're pretty quiet under the rest of the noise

Plugin idea: Every time you teleport (any teleport method, from law rune teleports, to fairy rings to charterships), the players brightness/saturation/contrast/sharpness/etc etc gets reduced or increased by 1. Only way to reset them would be to pray at a prayer alter (unless the player has a Zamorak item equipped or in their inventory, which will double the effects --PER ITEM-- ).
That logout issue at the end is likely the same thing that happens occasionally with the raid reloader plugin when you use it too much, since it looks like you're using the same method of setting the client state to disconnected for the lag plugin.
I feel like that could be very abusable, if you can consistently cause npcs to noclip. Someone find a way to use it to lure monsters into ferox enclave to kill splashers
This is gonna seem silly but I really wanted a plugin that removes "Press enter to chat..." next to your name or atleast recolors it to grey-ish (so it doesn't look the same as your rsn - rs3 does this really well). Finally, clicking at the top of your inventory actually selects an item at the bottom. Just flip the display of the inventory but not the input. I call it backwardscape
Maybe whenever you're in level 30+ wilderness, make it a certain low % chance every gametick for random white dots to start appearing at the edge of your minimap, while your chat starts getting spammed by #ClanName with randomized real player names

Could you make age of empires 1 or 2 sounds for combat? The swords clattering on 0s or the pain/dying sounds when taking damage. Also the danger sound when you get aggro'd by a monster/player would be nice. Oh and the sounds the villagers make on random occasions when you command a move.

for lag simulator it shouldn't give you the connection loss, it should just be randomized input delay. So if you're playing on 50ms, your clicks will a random be between 51-450ms. give it like a refresh rate of like 3s, so each tbow/fang hit will have different timings. Good luck.
I’m so late but I think that the Fortnite one was looking for you to get bass boosted version of the downed noise (I.e. in anything besides solo when your health runs out a noise clip plays, it’s been used in a decent number of memes and is prob second to only the Roblox oof and R2D2 scream at this point I feel) They did word it pretty tragically but you did a pretty phenomenal job with what they typed hahaha
