I sooooo enjoyed this talk . I myself am a baaalat tsheuvah but never studied in a Jewish school or seminary. I am self taught but unfortunately I still lack good davening skills. I plan on sharing this with many people, including my own children who grew up in a modern orthodox home, went to orthodox day school and have a father who is an orthodox rabbi. I am so excited about this talk!

Pray for peace. Pray for warring nations to stop endless wars. Pray for just and righteous leaders to rise up. Pray for each other to love, forgive each other.

8:11 am central standard time / Tada Raba! I thoroughly enjoyed your teaching this morning. I needed this refreshing reminder that G-d is a G-d of love, He does forgive and wants us to succeed.

For years, now and then, l would think about the rabbi with the brightest red hair who had been on Larry King. Now l know what happened to him! I remember saying to my mom, as we were watching together, your hair is so bright l need to put blinders on. Lol. I also remember your saying that G-d often places people in families where the members are different (so that we have to grow). So long ago! Amazing l found you, but l wasn't looking. Thank you, Rabbi Aaron, for your hard work, tenacity, and faithfulness all these years.

I watched this video of Rabbi Aaron teaching the meaning of our Daily Blessings and I was revetted to every word he said. Then I asked myself 'How do I adopt the practice (noun)?' and then I realised that the word practice (the noun) is a solid thing and it's also spelt practise (the verb) which is a doing word. Being a Jew, I then tried to see a connection between these two words. I came up with this.
To master anything you have to practise it over and over and over again and then, when you've leant that skill you still have to practise daily to maintain the skill. It's only by doing daily practising does it morph into a noun Practice.

One of the most insightful lessons I have heard in a very long time. Forgiveness and love is the key. Baruch Hashem!

This is a call to prayer for the world. Not only Christianity, also Judaism and Islam.
Wherever you are between five and six pm take five minutes and pray for five things.
    1. Pray for forgiveness for yourself and those that trespass against you.
    2. Pray, give thanks for blessings past, present and future.
    3. Pray for peace and calm and prosperity in your country.
    4. Pray for peace, calm and a revival of God in our world.
    5. Pray to protect humanity from evil.

Amazing so real so true, it's exactly what I was feeling this last years every day about tefilah, so frustrated it feels like only I have to read automatically words among words.. Without any real meditation
