    헬스장에서 상체운동기구를 사용해서 근력강화를 하는 것도 많은 도움이 되겠네요

    하루에 오전 오후 수영 2번하는 50대 아줌마입니다. 수영하는거 너무 행복한데 아침에 눈 뜨면 등근육이 아파요. 괜찮은거겠죠?? 등근육 풀러 또 수영장가요😅
