Love the Video! My first show I had help from a very hardcore woman IFBB Pro…she was Iris Kyle’s Training partner
I always was a heavier set guy, however I did my first show natural…with the goal of being the most peeled guy in the show, I accomplished this!!!
Going forward I worked with a two more coaches where I found it was a lot more difficult to get back into that gnarly shape!!
Until, I had prepped myself in 2019, and 2020!!
I’ve always gotten fat in my off-season, I love food I’m the son of a chef…however I do love dieting for contests, and getting lean!
I love the information you have to share here! You inspire me to start training others again!

I'm really glad you enjoyed the video; I'm also glad you've now got the confidence to not only prep yourself but others too. I'm not against having a coach per se as long as the client doesn't get the coach in replace of thinking for themselves; no-one knows your body better than you so you'll ultimately know best (after trial and error) but the coach can add accountability and also provide reassurance during those tough last weeks when all our minds go to mush! 😂 thank you for watching, I hope you enjoy the rest. A new series is just about to start and I'm thinking of having some 'live' sessions where people can ask me anything they'd like about any topic they'd like 👍 👏🙌💪

Enjoyed every second of this video, Paul. Dieting aspect of bodybuilding is very interesting and important for me because I was a fat kid growing up. I even weighted 225 pounds at the age of 15, no muscle. I was a mess. One day, I decided to literally change my life and my bad habits and lost 44-45 pounds in a couple of months. I discovered that I have incredible willpower and bulldog mentality when I set a goal. I've never "cheated" on a diet and to this day, that's the thing with me - I'm always strict when it comes to diet.
The end of the video made me so excited for you, sir. I wholeheartedly support your comeback to coaching clients! I think it would be fantastic decision, you've got so much to teach and give to people! Looking forward to your new successes!

Thank you Lazar; that's an incredibly inspirational story you shared and shows me the level of discipline and the desire for change you have. With that type of will power you have literally no limit to what you can achieve, I look forward to hearing of your future goals. Paul

@@paulbaxendale827 Main goal is to improve as much as possible without taking any PEDs whatsoever and take it from there. When I heard you did your first show after 12 years of natural training, I realized that I have a long way to go. That fact got me really excited because I do get stuck sometimes thinking I'm not moving forward. Thanks for always answering, much appreciate it!

Brilliant video Paul. In a future video could you discuss Paul Borrsen’s training methods I.e his pre exhaustion and drop sets routines.

Thank you Mark and certainly I'll record a video describing a workout that Paul and I had together one day. Paul obviously knew I had been training up with Dorian and that I was using his workout style and program and wanted me to experience his own system which he felt was even superior to the one-working heavy set that I was following. His pre-exhaust routine with then a working set of a relatively heavy weight but then followed by a series of drop sets was unique at the time and it was one of the things I always respected about Paul, he would continually search for the best training system, the best pre-workout ingredients, the best intra-workout ones and post-workout foods; most people associate him with just the pharmaceutical side but he was researching and trailing every single aspect of Bodybuilding. Will do sir, thanks for the suggestion. Paul
