Couldn’t get past the opening statement regarding the Rio Rancho climate being so much different than Albuquerque. I lived in Rio Rancho for 7 years before relocating to Tampa. I prefer the Rio Rancho weather to Tampa due to low humidity and reasonable temps in both summer and winter.
I visited Rio Rancho and had a nice stay, but you aint lying. I had a nose bleed and headache the entire trip, lol. Dry weather and high altitude. Still, it's a gorgeous and burgeoning area near Albuquerque
Hey thanks for watching the channel! This is a very specific question that can be hard to answer maybe you should text me so we can discuss this into more detail.
Hey thanks for watching the channel! That’s interesting, I guess I’m just confused because they’re both on two different streets and two different things. I’ll have to look that one up. Thanks for bringing that to my attention bro.😎
Dude you literally have Cottonwood Mall, Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods plus other businesses right here. What do you mean there’s no shopping malls or other shopping places around there. Obviously, you don’t live there so you wouldn’t know.
Hey thanks for watching the channel! You’re completely right. Just depending on how far into Rio Rancho you’re wanting to live that may present a trip into ABQ for a few things. But not necessarily bad. Thanks for giving some good insight. 👍🏼
I lived there for 21 years, and much of that time I commuted to 'Burque for a day job. I had the sun in my face both morning AND afternoon! And, it wasn't as simple as just putting down the sun visor since there were countless right and left turns, so the damn thing had to be relocated left and right MULTIPLE times for each commute. 😖
This can happen no matter where you live depending on which direction you live from where you decide to get a job and which time of day you go to work and get out!

So, basically your saying, You are an Albuquerque realtor..... Rio Rancho is way better than ABQ... Low crime and family orientated... I should know. I've lived here 28 years. We don't have "War Zones" like ABQ... But, we do have Mesa's and know how to hide bodies!

Hey thanks for watching the channel! I feel you on that. I drive home to the west side every day and some days are better than others.🤣

Better than Santa Fe
I may be moving to either Santa Fe or abq from Denver and am wondering what’s better about abq in all seriousness because I may end up in abq
