Really cool to see someone do something like this and admit that they're a complete beginner. I've seen similar videos where the person will record everything except welding, grinding, etc....you will either never see what their welds look like, or if you do they've been completely ground down which I'm pretty sure a monkey could do, and also compromises the structural integrity of the bike. I’m no expert. You have to take off the seat and gas tank. Look at the frame and figure out what modifications needed to be made. The. Start cutting and welding.

Yeah it’s been well over the year. The welds held strong. But they are ugly to an actual elder

My Dad would have loved to teach you how to weld. Practice makes perfect. Looks very nice. Huge change. Pipe bender is cheap!

Used a work table and welding table. Gladiator has a rack with fuel cans and traction boards. Flux core for welding from harbor freight.
