The A10 Hero now ships with a nice wall mount bracket. The mount does not connect for battery charging but leaves access to the battery charge port. This machine is almost an equal to the A11. Tools supplied are very good and I like this device. Tineco has applied fluid dynamics to improve performance during its production run. Hats off to ECO Vac!
I bought one of these because I needed a stick vacuum to get ceiling corners in my home. My second home, because it was not visited often, would tend to get spiders in the ceiling corners and because I used pesticides, I would find dead insects on the floor when I visited it. I bought the A10 and was amazed by the suction. I was quickly able to go through the entire house and clean up the dead insects and get rid of the spiders in the ceiling corners.The cordless feature and the powerful suction amazed me! The A10 was so versatile, I bought another one for the other house. Now I rarely have to use one of my corded vacuums. I have the Tineco A11Master from 3 years ago. It has been a wonderful vacuum. I just ordered the A10 Hero as a backup. It is very important to keep the pre-filter clean as all air from the fan is run thru the motor. I wash this pre-filter with dish soap and good rinse after vacuuming the filter with another vac. Allow this filter to dry completely before placing back in the machine. My final filter at the back of the machine is spotless. It also gets vacuumed in the reverse direction making sure it remains clean. I made a very big mistake by placing a wet filter into the machine which sucked moisture thru the motor. This damaged the bearings. I was able to dismantle the vac and lubricate the bearings. A11 is now running well again but I know some bearing damage was done. The A10 Hero is my backup if it is needed. My filter cleaning vac is a Eureka Mighty Mite while carpet vac is a Kirby. Bare floors and pet hair is done with A11. The mini brush roll is an incredible tool for pet hair on furniture. Works flawlessly.

Actually surprisingly impressive. So many features Dyson doesn't condescend to give you. Laurel sitting is always a mistake (note Cadillac's fall from grace). Durability will be a factor. I was told by a rep at a local vacuum store that the quality of the plastic or lack there of was the problem with splitting bellows and hoses. Note Dyson. A short shelf life and they split. Superb exceptionally professional video as always.
That is interesting. The hero is a cheap one. I think Walmart sells it for $99. Dyson is so much more expensive. I had mentally thought that meant the Dyson might last a lot longer.

Amazon showed me the Tineco while I was browsing, and the amount of good review really picked my attention. The only issue I had before buying, was that not a lot of reviews available online. Usually, goods products get a lot of attention on TH-cam. Not this one. Anyway, took a chance and bought it. For the money, you get a really a good value compare to Dyson. Tons of features for the money. So glad you liked it so far. Paid 229$ Canadian dollar shipped. Tineco had a 30$off coupon for a while on that model. That's about 140 Euros.
I’m just going to be totally honest, this looks like it’s struggling with surface debris. Yes, I agree with you that this is much more than any normal home should have, but I doubt it’s deep cleaning capabilities. Thanks for the video though Roger, please tell me if I’m wrong.
It’s hard to judge a product that you haven’t used yourself and I personally haven’t used any cordless vacuum that could be considered a deep cleaner. The demo portion of this video was heavily edited as I recorded it picking up all the dirt I put down, but I had to cut it as the video was running too long. The only thing it really struggled with was the breakfast cereal on the hard floor. I have used better cordless cleaners at a higher price and I have used many that are far worse, but on first impressions, this Tineco seems pretty decent. I bought it myself, so I have nothing to gain from recommending it at this stage, especially as I haven’t used it properly yet. A follow up video will be coming with all the pros and cons I have found.

I haven’t used the Tineco much, but the filtration isn’t great on it as the pre motor filter gets dirty very quickly, though that happens with a lot of bagless vacuums.

No. This model does have a trigger but you can move a lever to keep the vacuum switched on without having to hold the trigger all the time.
