When I was in my 20's, I could not pass up a bargain on a pocket knife. I've had so many, I lost count...Old Timer, Gerber, Schrade, Buck. I have lost and misplaced so many, I never wanted anything expensive...also had no money.
Twenty years on, I'm slightly more careful and have a few spendy pocket knives. My EDC is a Zero Tolerance 0900 Les George which is now discontinued. Most expensive knife I've bought at around $150, but now they're trading at $200-300. I probably should look into a cheaper, more easily replaceable EDC.
ZT is Kai USA's premium knife brand, but I really like their value brand Kershaw. I think a fair bit of their stuff is now China sourced, but that's how things go.
Leatherman Micra is still my favorite thing to carry down in my pocket. Hard to argue with that level of utility in a tiny little thing.
