Hey Jason. Like the front elevation and agreed. The landscaping is nice. Snazzy staircase and beautiful staging. Beautiful dining and kitchen and secondary butlers pantry/kitchen. Laundry. Tons of storage. Backyards never miss. Nice grilll. Just need a little more shade. Elevator 🙌🏼. Beautiful guest bedrooms and en-suites/balconies. Laundry right by the primary. Wetbar. En-suite. Flex room. Beautiful color cabinets indeed. Oh his and hers bathrooms. Oh it’s his/hers closets as well. This home was very white/cream/beige. Just soft and lovely.
Awesome Palm Beach colonial style house. I like the tile in the driveway, I like the fountain and I like the front balcony. I like the curved stairway, I like the living room that has the view of the sea. I like the office. the dining room is beautiful. The kitchen is awesome. All the rooms are symmetrical. I like the bedrooms that have the bed facing the view. I like the master bedroom and the master bathroom. The French doors are sophisticated. I like the balcony.
For 34M...that "summers kitchen" was weak.. Almost like an after thought. Same with the closet space in the primary Suite , and a detached garage? Get wet if you come home to a 34M home and it's raining 😂😂 naww
I love watching your videos, they're always great. It's like being right along side u on the tour. This is a lovely home. The view is incredible, the landscaping is impeccable, loce the staircase, really the whole architectural design is great. I really love the kitchen, all of the storage space within the 2 pantries & bar. Not really a fan of the red knobs on Wolf appliances that rarely match the rest of the kitchen. The master is great, except I really don't see the need for a 2nd bathroom, they could've made the larger bathroom a little bigger to put in a 2nd toilet & the area where the other bathroom is could be used as more closet space. The flex room could also be used as more closet space, but I think it would be better used as an extra bedroom if ur spouse snores loudly or has a job where they sometimes get home very late. Other than that tho I think it's great, especially the kitchenette cabinetry. The only thing I really disliked is the elevator, unless u have someone disabled or with mobility problems it really is an unnecessary waste of space in a 2 story home. Especially with the 2nd laundry room upstairs. Overall as entirety this house really is incredible & I have to mention that wonderful landscaping again, that being said, I really couldn't fathom spending around $40mil on this house after all the extra charges & taxes. I get that is how it is now, it's a seller's market, there's a housing shortage & inflation is thru the roof, but it still seems insane to me to pay that much for a home no matter where it's located or how beautiful the view is unless it were around 50,000sqft & all of the appliances, tubs & toilets were made out of solid gold
34 Million dollars for 8,000sqft. Jesus Christ. That will get me 500 homes, 1,000 exotics, 1 yacht, 10 jet skies, 30 golf carts, and 200 vacations somewhere else that is AMAZING as well.
