That kitchen is superdopalicious! I want it now! Gorgeous home.
I like the modern square design of the house. I like the noise of the water falling from the jug fountain. Water symbolized money because money flow like water. I like the big glass front door, I like the chandelier, I like the dining room with the wine storage and chandelier. I like the living room with the nice view of the pool and canal. I like the quartz kitchen. I like the master bedroom, I like the master bathroom with the stand alone tub and walking shower. Last I like the back balcony, front balcony and the pool.
I only need to get 7millon and I will be ready to get this house 💕

This is exactly what outdoor living space should be. The home is true to Florida living. Also the window right below the vent in the kitchen is sooooo clutch. The more windows the better.

This place screams to me! I love the modern/rustic style throughout! The main living room with the wood ceilings and floors are gorgeous! Wow! The master... OMG! TO DIE FOR! Or, more accurately, died and gone to heaven! The styling of everything is as if I had done it myself (with the help of an interior designer of course...). What more can you say?! SOLD!
I’m no realtor, but in my opinion that house may be the best large house that still looks like it’s very livable if you know what I mean. Not so large and pretentious that everything looks like it’s overkill. Very great views and nothing wrong with being surrounded by neighbors. One feature I didn’t hear you mention was the killer light blue tinted windows. Awesome video👍👍

@@JasonMatouk For me this absolutely checks off a ton of boxes on my list, waterfront ocean access, for my nonexistent yacht, modern style, very large! It’s not too over done! (I don’t need gold plated bathroom fixtures, I don’t care for stones imported from Italy. I don’t need a car platform that spins my car around for me.) you get what I mean. With that said I love this home but even though it’s all a dream for me and I do dream big, it’s too much for my hypothetical budget. I wanna stay under 4mil and spend the rest on my boat.

"7600 SF it's a lot of heads on the house"...Jason, I'm in southern California, we have plenty of couples living in 10,000SF homes, no kids, no parents. My house is 4300SF, just my wife and I, plus 2 dogs, and we are considered middle class here.
Although I like living in SW, FL more, I would definitely live in this house! Amazing. My favorite house you have done.
