The problem with Galio is that you cant really blind pick him in higher mmr people will just pick giga hard counters like adc mids and then you have such a terrible time specially if your not used to those matchups thats usually one of the big reason you dont see that champion more often but hes always good when you get to counter pick with him thats why a lot of people feel like his power level is higher than it actually is.
