- This is the new MJX Hyper GO 14301 Mini Infraction BLX 'Lookalike'
MJX have released some great RC Cars in recent times and even though they are relatively new to RC cars I think they are doing a great job!
First we see the monster trucks and buggies and now an awesome looking ARRMA Infraction clone which I think is one of their best looking cars yet!
New comers to the hobby usually look for something that is cheap, easy to drive and fully loaded right out the box without having to spend a fortune getting up and running! This could be the one!
MJX have noticed a gap in the market and they have filled it!
What a genius move by them?
This 14301 could have the potential to be the best cheap RC car of 2023 so far!

What a great Truck! Why spend over $700 for the 6s Infraction or $400 for the 3s BLX! Just get this! Its cheaper and will be just as much fun but on a smaller scale! Let me know your thoughts! 😎💯

I got allot of Rc's (xmaxx,maxx,xrt,arrma infraction and vendetta,arrma typhon 6s, bunch of wltoys and some crawlers) but this is at the moment my nr1 favorite Rc!!!

Funny you say that about all those lights I felt the same at first but they bloody grew on me and for the heck of it is flip them on and my friends whould say that thing has so meny lights lol
I agree with you. It looks great but I could do without all the lights and wheel nuts sticking out like they do.
I have the one you just reviewed and I have the black one. They are the best RC cars that I have right now. They're very durable and they handle very very well. Just pull the throttle and it just goes straight you're not fighting it and I think it'd be good for kids older kids You're not fighting it all over the place trying to keep it straight. And you can bash it and it won't break very easy. Way to go MJX

I'm ok with front and back lights we can switch on and off with the remote , but the police Christmas tree in the grille can be dropped.
I'm ok with the dirt cover but would enjoy a second body which would be clear, so I can paint it myself.
Have one on the way, the first thing I'll do is disconnect the red/blue flashing LEDs in the front grill...

Seems a good little platform and on 3s she’s quick, just give us a couple of headlights we don’t need to go the disco with it! 😆And she drifts good with those stock tyres and she’s a cheaper option you can just throw in a rucksack, just turn the disco ball off 😂 great stuff 👍

True mate! not a fan myself would have been nice to have an option to turn them off and run just the headlights. I guess you could just disconnect them.

As far as led’s go on Rc’s , I really like it when rc’s offer headlights and taillights / brake lights would be really cool too. I am not a fan of the turn signals and strobes though. Could definitely do without those!

I was thinking of getting an MT10 over the granite and vortex.
I was planning to put a hobbywing max10 120a with the 3660 motor in it. I would love to see a video on the MT10 with this upgrade with a speed run. My hope was to make the ultimate 1/10 basher. Arrma performance with MT10 centre diff and adjustability.
I will definitely be revisiting the MT10 in the next couple weeks as I have made some other changes too.
@beyondRC That sounds great. Not many videos out there with a fully upgraded one. Was going to get the Granite or Vortex for the speed but the MT10 has the centre diff, sway bars and the adjustability. So I thought why not make the ultimate 1/10 basher with the MT10 lol

A clear body shell option would be nice 👍
And I like the lights, not for that truck but to have them there it would be fun to get a cheap kamtec shell off eBay like a cortina or Granada and make something sexy to chase your mates about 👌

I am definitely going to get one of these! Well the 14302 as I love rally cars, especially the Lancia... I totally agree on the wheel offset and the lights. Headlights and taillights are nice, but the cherries and berries in the grill need to go.

@@beyondRC If the lights connect to ch 3 on receiver I wonder if I could just use spare fx6g receiver I have and actually have steering dual rate which I find vital, but is often lacking in these rtrs
I got the 14301 but was completely torn on getting the 302 vs the 301. The LEDs on the rally style are much better looking, but I figured I'd just take off the dumb police lights and rewire the LEDs without it. What were they thinking? Cop lights make no sense on this truck.
So hyped for this, gonna throw fpv on it for drifting 🤩

Hi Ricky , great video and lovely truck. I saw another video where guy was speed running it and had real trouble keeping it straight! Gyro setting I guess.
No issues keeping it in a straight line as you see in the vid maybe he needed to adjust his gyro gain.

Loving the mjx truggy and just order the 14302 and can't wait for it to arrive. Have the mjx truggy with LC racing MT wheels and it's as good as my LC racing truggy to be honest. Hope they start building some 1/12 scale soon. Their build quality is superb and love the weight of mjx it feels so sturdy and takes a beating without issues.

Love this video!! You will be communicating with them? Well let me toss my two cents in, as I've been considering buying this model for a bit now...
Things I'd love to see that would immediately sell me:
1- Offset Wheels
2- Much better body quality. The body paint, design, and aesthetics are great, but, it's a very thin, standard body. If it had a slightly thicker body, thinkin' pro-line-esque, something that will take the abuse of failed attempts a bit better.
3- The scale. I dont understand why 1/14 is the new fad size, but it's everywhere! I would rather have seen this particular rig in a 1/10, 1/12, or 1/16 setup. We have loads of smaller ones, but 1/10 is the biggest, probably still, and 1/12 is getting traction, but 1/16 is definitely blowing up right now. 1/14 is the only scale I dont currently have, unless you count my WPL KM C44, which, is arguably not 1/16...
Things that aren't as important, but would make it more diverse and fun (I think)
1- L.E.D. option, if you have a police-like version, you need a blacked-out or conspicuous version (just body colors/styles, L.E.D. choices, etc.) to chase! Gearing up your setup like this automatically plants the idea of two-player mode, and, as in many hobbies, more rc people = more fun!
2- Maybe it's because I'm just getting into drifting, but, why would you need a separate module for a gyro, if, say, you had access to a radiolink 7 channel with a gyro? Onboard gyro's allow you to adjust them on the fly from the radios... A manually adjusted gyro seems counter-intuitive to me.... But, new to drifting, so this is more of an observation.
Other than that, your videos are awesome, love the reviews, and this rig still has my attention. I just would definitely hope for the body durability improvement the most. Keep kicking ass, and I'll keep watching!!

I like the little truck. I would also prefer a better offset on the wheels. Also maybe a matching color ring and black wheel nut that doesnt stand out as much. The red/blue lights in the grill are too much.

Hallo beyondRC i just got this as my first RC and I must say I love it. just a quick question: Is this RC waterproof?
I liked this truck so much that I went and bought one too 😂 Couldn't decide whether or not I wanted the rally car style or the truck, but went with the truck because it's just so sharp. However, I'm not huge on the LEDs, and I hate the police lights.. they just don't make sense on it. I'm definitely taking them off mine. Fun addition to my collection.

Do you know how to adjust the toe on the front wheels with this car? It seems to use unadjustable plastic links. I'm confused because mine just showed up with the right wheel way out of toe from the left.

These go for around $135-175. With little to no US part support. I rather go with an Infraction Mega for $250 with full parts support when things break. 💯

Hi, I have one of these on order after getting the mjx hyper go truggy 16208 and 16209. You said a servo extension lead is a good idea for taking the body off. After looking online for them I just need to know what size extension lead I would need to order for this? Thanks

@@beyondRC It down to good old saving and working hard, I apricate the many different situations why this hobby is not for everyone down the price of a quality rc car, its' better to buy one good rc car than a fleet of so so rc cars .
Just make the leads for the lights a little longer please. Or put one of those phone cord things on it so don't stay long it retracts

To much lights. Especially the police lights . 2cd Does mjx have spare parts available for there models . 3rd is arrma ok with this copy. However nice little rig nice power and quality.

They should make a model with the same bang for the buck of this but 1:8 scale like the Arrma 3s. If they put a 120a ESC, make it compatible with 4s, it would fly off the shelf.
New set tires are around the €50 which is too expensive damn

Wanted to get a truck to mess around with in front of my house when I got home from work after watching some videos on this truck l jumped on it. 160$ on Amazon. Really? The ESC on my Arma outcast cost's this much.
Can I use 100c 3s on that MJX?
yes! ESC will only pull as much current as it needs! 100c is probably overkill and wont be any quicker than a 30c!

The most important thing in RC is being able to find spare parts. That's the problem with this car. You can't find spare parts. Any ideas were i might be able to find any. Amazon is about all our

I drove mine through a puddle, not deeper than the tire is thick. Splashed up and immediately killed the esc. Pathetic. I don't need water proof, but splash proof would have been nice.

The lights are nothing special to me, I guess it’s nice they are there but it wouldn’t make or break my decision to purchase the rc car if it didn’t have the leds
