BUTTERFLY

Firstly, I apologise for the amateur filming! I was in a rush to create this video in between a busy schedule. It was requested by Jane Thomas and I wanted to show her my technique for creating a wire butterfly frame which can be decorated with beads or wire scrolls and spirals.
These butterfly motifs work so well as home decor (plant sticks, or wall art), as jewellery (pendants and brooches) or even for the front of greetings cards and paper craft.
The video tutorial shows me using 1.5mm aluminium wire for the framework, however any wire of your choice can be used according to scale.
