Never break your notice period if you are working for a reputed company you might get blacklisted no other company will touch you post that and you might fail background checks in your future companies. Sir, I believe that in the forth statement, he didn’t ask anyone to do that, he told the real truth. If someone were to leave without serving a notice period, the company cannot do anything against the same. This is something for people who’d want to do entrepreneurship but stuck in their job for 3 more months. Sir, I believe that in the forth statement, he didn’t ask anyone to do that, he told the real truth. If someone were to leave without serving a notice period, the company cannot do anything against the same. This is something for people who’d want to do entrepreneurship but stuck in their job for 3 more months.
