Does anyone else have the problem where a message pops up in franchise every 2 minutes with "Unable to connect with the franchise server"? I cant play anymore
I am so annoyed at myself, i subbed about a week before the console edition dropped but didnt hit the notification icon so I've missed all of your great tips! Glad this popped up on my feed as a reminder, I'm on the Last Leg career mode and thinking of moving to sandbox before i try Franchise. Thanks for taking the time to make these! The 3 hour tutorial is on my watchlist, really excited to learn some new things! Btw not sure if this is me or if anyone else has run into it, sometimes when i go to build a path and try to exit out of the path editor, it gets stuck on the path editor no matter how many times i hit circle to exit out. I'm able to hit the gamepad + triangle to open the side notifications but if i hit X to try and click on the notification, the fact that its stuck on path editor means hitting X just lays down a new path. Haven't really found a way to exit out when this happens other than to completely reload :/
I'm ages late but I have the same problem. I found at least that you can open the heatmap menu, close it, and then that allows you to pause and save before you reload at least.
I am so angry that I only find out about the radial menu today, this makes everything so much easier. Especially building in console was so annoying! This makes it way more doable
Could you possibly tell us how to hide the HUD on console too? I hate walking in first person to check things out and there being a menu on screen the whole time.
Unfortunately its not possible without keyboard afaik. If you have a keyboard, plug it into the console and hit "g" Same issue already existed on Planet Coaster Console :/
Hi, thx for the great tips. I´ve watched your 3 h tut on PC two weeks ago to prepare for console launch, I need to watch the new one for console these days. I´ve a question. I´m in the fourth carrier mode and builded there an elevated visitor platform similar to the one in this vid. In my game underneath the platform is a bear cave, the nul barrier goes behind the cave exact under the point where the stairs goes to the platform. My visitors go to that point look down to the barrier and walk back. I´ve put a vista point on the platform but there they watch the rocks I connected and not the animals. Hope my problem is understandable. Any tips for that? Greetings from Germany ;)
For some reason in challenge mode I don’t have any enrichment toys and only a few structures in the construction tab and I am kinda mad as I spend 100 pound on the game and are missing most things in the game can you help me out please
Ive messed with the camera setting and now its impossible to play. Anyone know the defult settings for ps5? It wont even let me zoom in and out now with l2 and r2 and making it imto place any buildings
OK I can’t even get the whole Y thing lol you hold way down, and then you swivel the thing, but how do you select it? I can swivel it to find anything I want but it doesn’t select it
Does anyone know how to sort out the space stat when it’s in the red 😂 can’t figure out how to get it in the green 😢 thank you for this video. You’ve already helped me!
Great tips thank you, question, on console if you play a couple of career mode chapters and unlock items with the research, does it not cross over to the sand box mode, i completed 3 career mode chapters and thought I'd try the sand box mode, but none of the items i had unlocked in career mode were available to use in sand box mode, so do you have to research everything again in each mode to unlock them, thanks love the videos been very helpful as I'm new to this game just got it on console
Thx for all the help, I enjoy the game a lot. But how can Insee what to build so the animal can drink / eat. Sometimes I need a bowl sometimes not. And all animals have different shelters ? But wish one to build when ?

I like adding a mouse and keyboard to my xbox, it helps so much

if they have fulfilled their "viewing need" before already, they won´t go. I would block some views before the plattform to reward them going there.

Is there a way to pause time in the PS5 version? On PC you can pause time while you build, but can't figure how to do that on PS5.

No, you should have everything unlocked in sandbox mode. Research does not move between career or franchise mode
