RPM Update - 1-29-25

Ughhhh!!! The freakin shipping on EVERYTHING is so out of control its not funny! When I was a kid I worked for a Heating & Cooling supply shop, in the back room, stocking the racks, tracking inventory, Driving the delivery truck and doing ALL the UPS. I was told when being shown how to do UPS shipping that after measuring & weighing the box go to the UPS book and find the rate..... THEN DOUBLE IT!!!!!! Chiselers!!!! Looks like things have not changed, going back through my Mondo Order History I have paid 50 euro just for shipping on a bunch of items but overall, it didn't weigh crap!!!

I think the spark issue may be related to turning the axle in 6TH GEAR! I'm sure Benn will stop in and let me know. I'll try a 1st or 2nd gear spin tomorrow, I can also throw a strap on it to speed things up a bit.
The rear bumper is now squared away, I can start thinking about the nose/fairing mounting now and work out a little "dash" or "glove box" type area for my Ebox under the fairing too. Of course, I have not dropped a dime on a battery for the H2O pump yet because I haven't made up my mind what I want. Must run wires, install a power switch and LED run light, and find a place for this Battery yet too.
I have yet another shopping cart full of goodies over on Mondokart to get sent yet. This is going to be the most expensive OLD kart on earth when I'm done.... I may have to BRONZE this thing and hang it on a wall!!!!
And, listen guys..... I DO Pray for y'all, this world is getting more and more wicked by the day and I AM looking forward to Christ returning to fix it all.....
..... but I sure hope I get a ride in this thing before all hell breaks loose.

I did figure out what was stopping the plug from firing. I was spinning the rear wheel maybe 1/2 a turn to turn the engine over and was using 6th gear. Once trying it in 1st gear it sparked 3 times! More crank revolutions did the trick....

Can you see the core wire in the end of the plug wire when the boot is off? If not cut a 1/4” or 1/2” off till you see the wire and thread the boot back on 🤷🏼‍♂️

I did that too, both ends. The stator wires do get wrapped and twisted around when on the enduro, they are just too long for where I mount the coil. I'll check the wires on the stator next. If I find nothing I'll swap out the stator if the problem continues.
