I have a 150cc chinese scooter and it has 67,000 miles on it, got it new 5 years ago, i keep the oil changed and keep the air filter clean and have had no problems with it, only normal wear and tear stuff ( 1 new battery and tires) if you take care of them and don't beat on them they will last for years 👍.

Thanks. I should warn people that a scooter might be a gateway drug to motorcycles. I own a couple bikes now

It was a good video but the BEST part was the outro. Scotty would be proud!

Not many car guys want to admit that in city traffic a scooter can keep up! Lots of fun there, but be safe! Also, I could see an Integra GSR in your future. There was one on craigslist recently round here for about 4 k with low miles, maintained and clean. For a while you couldn't find them but now a few that were long term owned by non ricers are coming on the market. GSR has a whole new level of character over the base Integra for someone who likes to shift. And yeah, you did the right thing ditching the Camaro as nice as it was.

Thanks! What do you think about an S2000 over a GSR?

@@TheCoolestCourier Thats tough, both great cars but the GSR is a lot more practical as an every day driver. Both cars really need to be wound out to get power, but I think the s2000 is even more handicapped than the GSR in this regard. In other words, s2000 will appeal only on track or twisty roads, GSR is generally more fun around town. I happen to love the way FWD LSD feels even around town. I got rid of an FRS because around town it might as well have been a less comfortable corolla. Your Integra is already a lot better than a corolla, and the GSR ups that game x2. The s2000 really can't do that in town, more like the FRS. And for where you really liked the Camaro, where the long legs stand out on long highway drives, neither car would keep up in fun or comfort, sorry to say.

Thank for the reply. that was thorough and exactly the type of questions I had. I mainly drive around town with weekend cars such as my integra. Its an absolute riot around town vs the camaro where it wasn't even fun, it was just basically a manual cadillac.

The Cheap China 150 I just ordered (1200 new with shipping) claims 55 plus depending on rider and road. I'm 115 lbs and I'm hoping to get it to 60. I made Bad mistake though, it's not a name brand even for a Cheap Chinese scooter.. it's a "Razor 150" vendor is DF Moto sold by Redfoxpowersports. I may regret that decision. Even a TaoTao seems more reputable. 10.58Hp/7500r/min max torque 9.5Nm/6500r/min. It's got a speed limiter.. that Has to go. I'd get better riding gear if I were you. Without CE armor a 40 mph spill can kill you.

I have gone through many levels of evolution as a rider in the last couple years. Watch my newer videos. Back then I didn't even have a motorcycle permit. Now I have my license. I wear full gear Head To Toe. I have a 2019 Yamaha XSR700 and a 2021 CRF 300L. I am one year into riding so far and I try to be as safe about it as possible. It's funny when I made this video a long time ago on the scooter I never thought I would actually own motorcycles and be fully into it like I am.

@@TheCoolestCourier Glad to hear you geared up! I am on a budget but between my 150 dollar jacket, 20 dollar gloves, 80 dollar pants and 100 dollar helmet, my gear may be worth more than my cheap china scooter! LOL I wouldn't mind trying a small motorcycle but even a Ninja 250 is way too big for me.

If you are a shorter rider a used Honda Rebel 500 is the best first bike I can think of. They decently cheap ever since the 1100 Rebel came out, and it's quick enough to keep up with traffic and have fun.
